"No. I don't think that would do. Food stall is a big no. I don't think it's a good idea. " Ariella commented. She even grimaced with my proposal. Like it was a freaking absurd concept.

"You think so? " I asked.

She nodded. "Yes. It's ridiculous. " She added while nodding.

Tumango ako at tinignan ang secretary. "We'll go with my idea. We will have a food stall for our booth. "

Napatitig ito sa akin at umawang ang bibig. I rolled my eyes and snatched the marker from her. I encircled the food stall, indicating the final decision.

"Any suggestion about the theme or what kind of food that we will serve? " I asked our classmates. Nakamaang lang ang mga ito sa akin.

"I thought you considered my opinion? I said it was a big no. Anong silbi ng pagiging leader mo kung di ka makikinig sa members mo? " Iritadong tanong ni Ariella. Sumang-ayon naman ang iba sa kanya.

"She's right. Dapat nakikinig ka sa opinyon ng members mo. "

"We should really bring back that nerdy Xavier. "

Padabog kong binagsak ang marker sa table. Since Xavier isn't here, I was assigned to be the acting President and lead this section.

"I asked you earlier about your opinions and suggestions but you didn't say a word. You all focused on unrelated shits of yours never minding the importance of this meeting. And now, you are contradicting my proposal? You even dare question my leadership. Kayo, anong silbi nyo as members kung ayaw nyo naman maki-cooperate?"

Natahimik sila sa sinabi ko. Matalim na ang tingin sa akin ni Ariella.

"Don't demand for my consideration when you don't even want to cooperate."

They all know how cooperation works but they chose not to involve themselves in this meeting. How dare them to question my leadership?

"You want my cooperation? I'm in. " Tumayo si Ariella at naglakad sa kabilang dulo ng white board.

"Here's my suggestion for our booth. " She wrote something on the board. I cocked an eyebrow when I read it.

"The Makeover booth. Alam naman natin na marami ang gustong gumanda. People buy cosmetics to show their beauty and boost their confidence. In here, we can provide it to them. For a small amount of money, they can enjoy the whole event with full confidence. Hindi na nila alalahanin ang pagiging haggard nila. " She proudly explained. The other girls agreed with her.

"Yup! It's a great idea! Siguradong maraming pupunta sa atin!" Sang-ayon nung best friend nya. Ariella giggled. She smirked at me. Anong feeling mo? Matalino ka na nyan?

"See? My suggestion is better than yours. Your idea sucks! Masyado ng common ang food stall. We need something different. Use your brain. Ang akala ko ba matalino kang nerd ka? Bobo ka naman pala. Tss, walang utak."

I rolled my eyes. There's nothing wrong on being conscious of your appearance. It's okay to buy products that will enhance your skin. It's fine to buy cosmetics. But those two freaks only focused on enhancing and improving their outer beauty that they forgot to take vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that are good for the body especially the brain. Mukhang nalagyan din ng matte foundation ang utak nila kaya ayaw mag function nang maayos. Sinabihan akong bobo? Siguro matatanggap ko pa kung talagang mas matalino sya sa akin but damn! Sinabihan nya akong walang utak matapos nyang makakuha ng 4/45 sa quiz kanina. Saan nya nilagay talino nya? Naiwan nya sa bahay? Tss.

"Who are your target market then? " I asked. Natigilan si Ariella at napatayo ng ayos. Mukhang hindi nya inasahan ang tanong ko. Tumingin sya sa mga kaibigan nya na tila humihingi ng sagot.
