I suddenly felt nervous. Who is it? Hindi ko nakita kung sino ang dumating but based sa voice, I'm sure it was a woman.
Hindi ba ni-lock ni Logan ang pintuan nya? Does she know his pass code?
"Someone told me that you brought a woman from a bar last night. Is that her?" Seryosong tanong nito. My forehead creased. That voice is kinda familiar.
"Who told you that?" Logan asked.
"Hindi na importante iyon. Just answer my question Logan."
Logan sighed.
"Yes. I picked her up last night in the bar."
Narinig ko ang pagsinghap nito. "You really did." She sound disappointed.
"I know you're heartbroken son but you don't have to..." She paused. My lips parted with what she called him. She's Logan's Mom!
"Let's talk privately. " She seriously said.
"It's not what you think Mom."
"Really? Do you even know what I'm thinking right now? Not because you are in deep sorrow you will do this to forget about Khloe! "
Napamaang ako. Damn. I know what she's trying to say. I think I need to talk to her to clear things up.
"Who says I will forget about her? I will never do that."
"Do you hear yourself? You brought a woman here. Hindi ka nagdadala ng babae rito. "
"She's special."
"Special than Khloe kaya inuwi mo? And what? You will use her? I didn't raise you to be a jerk!"
I almost jump with her sudden raise of tone. Nabangga ko ang isang baso at naglikha iyon ng ingay.
"This is the reason why I want to talk this out privately. I'm so sorry hija. I didn't mean to offend you. I just want to teach this jerk a lesson."
Humarap ako para linawin ang lahat pero nakaharang si Logan kaya hindi ko ito makita.
"That's enough Mom." Iritadong saad ni Logan.
"No. What if you got her pregnant? I won't let this pass. Forget about Khloe and take full responsibility for your action young man." Galit na utas ng Mommy nya.
"For goodness sake Mom! She's not pregnant! Hindi ko nga nahalikan kanina dahil bigla kang dumating!" He really snapped.
Hindi sumagot ang Mommy nya. I took that chance para magpakita rito. Her lips parted when she saw me. I smiled shyly.
"Good morning po." I greeted in a small voice.
"K-khloe hija. What are you doing here?"
Tumingin sya kay Logan bago muling ibinalik ang tingin sa akin. She scanned my clothes. Halos magtago naman ako sa likod ni Logan.
"Mom! You're scaring her!"
Her Mom blinked.
"Oh! I didn't mean to." She looks at me and smiled.
"This is the reason why I don't want you to know that Khloe's here. You're making her uncomfortable." He frustratedly said.
"Am I?" His Mom asked innocently.
"Yes you are Mom." Mariing saad ni Logan.
She smiled shyly at me.
Hinarap ako ni Logan. "Please go back to my room. Your clothes are on the bedside table. I'll just talk to my Mom."
