A young boy named Robert Napoleon is the current Kamen Rider Den-O. He uses his powers to fight criminals, rapists and villains like Edwin Black. But the vampire is not the only villain he has to face. He will have to fight against an alternate Ryan...
(Robert, Lucas and Yukikaze are seen going to the Cafe, and Lucas looks around the place.)
Lucas: So, you guys always eat here?
Robert: Indeed, many people eat here.
Yukikaze: Have you ever been in a Cafe before?
Lucas: I was, but this one is much different from those where I go.
Robert: Can't say I'm surprised. You came from an alternate reality.
Lucas: Indeed, I'm the son of a human and a valorian, which made me interested in weapons.
Yukikaze: So you can fight too?
Lucas: Yes, and I have so many armors and swords at my disposal.
Robert: That's good.
Yukikaze: Yeah, you can never be defeated as long as you have friends by your side.
(Lucas smiles, and then a waitress comes in and gives their menu.)
Waitress: What do you want for your drinks?
Robert: Can I have some tea, please?
Yukikaze: I want some tea as well.
Lucas: I will have coffee.
Waitress: Okay, two teas and one coffee coming right up.
(She walks away while the three resume their talking. Suddenly four individuals are seen watching them. These are Izuku Midoriya/Black Manta, Jaune Arc/Vile, Kiba Yuuto/Reaper and Coco Adel.)
B. Manta: So those are the ones who killed our teammate.
Reaper: Indeed, we will wait until we can strike them.
Coco: And make them pay for what they did to our friend.
(They see the waitress giving some drinks to Robert, Lucas and Yukikaze.)
Vile: Should we ambush them first?
Reaper: Yes.
B. Manta: And we're going to capture the girl.
Coco: (smirks) And make her our master's slave.
(Outside of the Cafe, a Kamen Rider is seen watching them from afar. It's Hugh Rose, also known as Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.)

(Then he opens a portal to an alternate "My Hero Academia" universe, and turns back to the Cafe.)
Ex-Aid: See you later, Robert Napoleon.
(He goes back to the portal.)
(Back to the Cafe, the three finished drinking and are about to return home until they get blocked by Black Manta, Vile, Reaper and Coco.)
