After Jaune left Beacon Ruby went to grab the thing Jaune left for her and it was a book with a V as the title. Since then she changed and was a bit cold to everyone who bullied Jaune. When I came to Glynda's class she would beat up team CRDL into a bloody pulp until she was force to stop by her teammates. She was only joyful to CFVY and SSSN but not her team nor her sister also now seeing them as dead weight. It was the Vytal festival and everything was in chaos, Grimm attack everyone on sight and a Grimm dragon flew over Beacon. Her and Weiss were fighting Grimm until Violet called saying Pyrrha is still at the tower fighting off Cinder. Ruby didn't care much but it would Be rude not to leave her behind. What she didn't know the before everything has happened, before Ozpin's death he send a message that the other half has been found.
