"Welcome back Kuraokami, I hope your meditation was quite relaxing," Daisuke started as he bowed respectively while slowly raising up he began, "your meal will be -WHAT HAPPENED!"

His eyes were stuck on the wound until he trailed the hand closest to the wound. The tears that rolled down his face as the blood dripped down my arm and yet they ceased the moment his eyes continued downwards towards the very hands cradling me. His eyes soon shifted towards the man who made it his mission to carry me.

"Uh...who is this guy?" Daisuke questioned. His expression soon changed from utter shock to a more quizzical look as if he was trying to puzzle something together.

"Daisuke, can you call the doctor to have him look at my wounds so that Kyojuro could be at peace and let me walk," I asked while looking at him with a much-softened gaze and a slightly small smile.

"A-ah sure my lady!" He said with a huge blush on his face while bowing. My eyes couldn't help but follow him as he ran and tripped face forward. That caused me to snort at his clumsiness as he got up and laughed embarrassingly but soon hustled onwards.

"Hm."

From Rengoku's tone, my attention was shifted from Daisuke's retreating figure upwards towards Rengoku to see his head also focused in the direction of Daisuke running. His golden and red gaze didn't have gleamed with overwhelming positivity and drive; instead, it was strictly focused. His stern gaze was particularly focused on the direction Daisuke went. It was interesting, to say the least.

"Mind putting me down now," I asked while breaking his gaze.

Rengoku's gaze broke as he shifted his eyes downwards to match my amber gaze and soon laughed. He complied with the request knowing. My crow who was using my kimono as a hiding spot flew from the open portion of my top and towards the room, I stayed knowing exactly where to go. Its behavior did make me wonder...what did Rengoku's crow do to it? I shifted my gaze toward Rengoku's crow to see that it only remained on its master's shoulder.

It wasn't until I felt myself being placed down on the ground, that I broke my gaze.

"You can still fulfill your obligation Kyojuro," I began, " You have brought me back to the wisteria mansion and you can probably still catch up to the woman and escort her back."

"I will not leave until I am sure you are healed up!" He proudly proclaimed as he flashed me a bright smile.

"It will take about two weeks for me to heal up," I explained, "surely master would assign you a mission-you can return and leave your crow if you want to make sure that I am healed."

I blinked and noticed Rengoku sending his crow away causing me to look completely lost at his actions. He really was fixed on making sure I was all healed up. I couldn't help but smiled and turn around to head toward the room where the doctor will be.

The steps of Rengoku matched mine as we walked through the corridors of the mansion. I could feel his pools of tantalizing fire staring at me as he followed.

It wasn't until we reached the front of the door that I stopped walking and turned towards him.

"Please wait outside, the doctor will need to remove my kimono top and undergarments to get a good look at my wound," I mumbled sting a slight blush on my face thinking about the actual thought of Rengoku seeing me half naked if he was to follow me in.
