Your POV:
After a few more weeks we decided it was time to say goodbye and head towards the exit. We had to find either level 3999, The Promised Land, or another, more rare exit from the Backrooms. Since The Promised Land was extremely hard to find and required a lot of luck to be able to go through the entrance, the only option was level 3999, but even through The Blue Channel, it would take ages.

However, this was our fastest and most reliable way of getting there, and since we have learned how to travel through it without falling to unwanted levels, or worse, to The Void, we felt pretty confident with using it. Having gathered resources for the journey, we jumped in and began swimming through it.

Everything was going smoothly, until 682 accidentally hit me with his tail, and knocked me down. I began falling into a random level, and the last thing I saw was a bunch of scared faces in our group, and 682 screaming to me "Oh fuck, I am sorry!" through telepathy. Having entered the level, I appeared in a random car, and couldn't see anything outside of it, as a dense, dark fog was covering almost everything.

- Y/N, are you okay?! - I have heard 953's voice in my head.

- Yes, I am fine, I am sitting in a car right now and I don't know what to do. - I responded as quickly as I could.

- Cain told us that you landed on level 69. - She said with fear.

- Nice! - I screamed and started laughing.

- Y/N, this isn't the time to laugh about a funny number, this level is dangerous, so ignite the engine and start moving forward!

Immediately I did as she said and began driving, while also watching my speed, which allowed me to see a little bit of the road in front of me.

- Okay, whatever you do Y/N, do not leave the car or you will die, do you understand?! - She yelled at me in my head.

- I did, but why are you so scared? - I asked her confused. - Do you care about me Young-Jae?

- I do, because you are a decent human being, and I don't want you to die!

- Okay, then what do I do? - I asked her for instructions.

- You have to keep driving forward until you find a perpendicular tunnel to the highway. When you spot it, drive into it and keep going through it for seventeen hours. After that, your car will break, but the fog and dangers will be gone. When that happens, get out and keep going forward until you find yourself at level 11. Only after these 17 hours in the tunnel can you get out of the car. Not earlier. And whatever you do, when your car breaks, do not try to keep using it, or else it will explode.

- Okay, I understand. But can I park my car and take a nap when I get tired? - I asked her knowing this journey could make me fall asleep.

- Of course you can, but only if you want a Wretch to break into your car and kill you.

- You could have just said no... - I responded slightly annoyed by her sarcasm.

- Whatever, just get out of there and come to level 70, we will be waiting for you in there.

I focused on the road and continued driving through it at normal speed, to avoid hitting anything. I was doing it for almost 10 hours without seeing any tunnels, which was slowly draining my hope until I finally saw one. Immediately I turned my car and drove into it, starting the seventeen hour journey.

SCP-073's POV:
We have been sitting on level 70 for long hours, and all of us were mad at 682 for knocking Y/N into that level. Because of him, we had to stop in a nearby, safe level and wait for his arrival. 682 decided to go an explore the level a little bit, but I warned him not to go through a blue door, as this could be his demise.

When we received a message from 953, that Y/N was getting close to level 11, we sent her and C'thulu back, to make sure he came back safely. But as it turned out, we would have to wait a few additional hours, before continuing the journey.

Your POV:
When I was finally able to get out of the car, I tried to run towards the exit as fast as I could, but I was barely able to move. I was completely exhausted, but I forced myself to keep going forward and eventually, I found myself back on level 11, where I fell on the ground and immediately traveled to the land of dreams.

When I woke up, I was lying on my bed, with Young-Jae and C'thulu sleeping in two other beds. It took me some time to get back to myself, but eventually I stood up and went to take a shower, which woke both of them up.

- Y/N! Thank God you are alive! - Young-Jae screamed when I left and hugged me.

- Damn, 953, I didn't know he was your boyfriend. - C'thulu spoke to her with laughter.

- We are not together! - Both me and 953 yelled at him at the same time.

- Synchronized voices, 953 actually being scared that a regular human might die, yeah, sure. You cannot lie to me, I know something is up between the two of you. - He said with a smile.

- Dude, I swear, one more word and I will throw you into a lava lake, but in real life! - I responded and began glaring at him with anger.

- I am just teasing you, calm down!

- Anyway... Y/N, before we go back, I have a question. Do you know anyone, who can make a good-looking tombstone? - Young-Jae asked me.

- Who died? - I said and immediately began wondering who might have lost their life while I was gone.

- Nobody died, at least not yet...

- Yet?! - I screamed at her with confusion.

- 682... He is an idiot and went through the blue door on level 70, even though Cain told him not to do that, and now his life is slowly being drained from his body. - She spoke with visible sadness after a few seconds of silence.
