For years, SCP Foundation managed to study thousands of anomalies, and contained most of them in cells. During one of containment breaches, something went wrong, and together with SCPs, MTFs found themselves in a completely new reality. But was it t...

Your POV: It has been at least a few months since we arrived in the Backrooms, and over two months since the moment me and Young-Jae started dating. We had to keep it a secret because any form of compassion towards SCPs was forbidden, and romantic relations were an easy way to get moved to another facility with your memories completely erased.
This wasn't always true though, and if you had a high rank, you could avoid this trouble, but it didn't mean you should be showing this relation to everyone. Example? Bright and SCP-1471. He didn't get punished for that or anything, but from what I knew, at least half of the O5s took amnestics after seeing the extensive testing logs, and he avoided the punishment only because he was a facility director, and probably also one of the O5s.
With me and 953 it was a completely different thing, because if anyone found out, this relationship would be over faster than class D getting terminated for disobeying orders. She was a keter, after all, and the risk was too huge for the O5 council to allow that, but as long as they didn't know, we could be together. The only suspicious person was C'thulu, and I knew he was waiting for the right moment to catch us hugging or kissing.
But as always, we had to take a break on a level, and the only one nearby was level 404. Just the number itself didn't sound promising, as I expected this level to be missing or glitched, and when we went through, it turned out I wasn't wrong. Reality was completely glitched, and everything was barely recognizable.
- Cain? What was this level's survival difficulty? - Our commander asked Cain, who was supposed to memorize every single documented level.
- I don't know commander, I haven't received this file.
- What do you mean you haven't received it?! - He spoke surprised. - You have read every single level that is currently documented, how did you skip level 404?!
- Maybe the page was missing or something? I really don't know.
- Whatever. - 953 said slightly annoyed. - Cain doesn't need to know everything, let's just eat something and leave this level as soon as possible.
We pulled out our supplies and began eating, while 953 was searching for a liver.
- Have I eaten all of them already? I could swear there were at least a few more in there...
- Are you out of livers? - 049 asked curiously.
- Yes, and I guess you cannot magically pull it out of your bag... - She responded with visible disappointment.
- Unfortunately no, only medical equipment like scalpels.
- 953, don't worry, I will try to find an entity and gather a liver from it. - I said and grabbed my weapon.
- You are so sweet Y/N, you are taking care of your girlfriend! - C'thulu laughed, and I immediately smacked him with my gun.
