Thanks, again for reading my story:) I'm sure you'll like this reading as much as I had fun writing it. Have a good day or might!:)

(Alya Pov)

"Alya?"

I gasp at the sudden voice

Someone spoke behind, it was Wukong.

"Hey are you okay? You sorta look..." before he can finish,

I rubbed my eyes quickly, drying them off before turning around.

"Wukong, I didn't know you were behind me. You startled me" I said, glancing away. Avoiding his gaze, not really expecting him to be behind me

Wukong on the other hand was already suspicious of the way I was acting. Let alone, I was avoiding his eyes

"Uh-uh, right. Tripitaka was actually looking for you. But since he couldn't find you, he told me to search for you" he said,

"Oh? Why was he looking for me?" I ask, before Wukong can tell me. He stopped and stared at me,

I felt myself sweat underneath his gaze, still avoiding eye contact. He leans in closer to my face, studying my face.
I felt my cheeks flustered for a bit by how close he was to my face. Until I hear him mumble

"...Have you been crying?" He asks,

Still looking away, again trying to avoid his gaze but Wukong didn't move but stayed right infront of me.

"Its nothing really. I guess...everything that's been going on. I never thought I'd be so far away from my home...I miss my home, that's all" I said, looking down at my feet.

Wukong didn't say anything but hear him stand beside me. Leaning his back against the wall as he kept on looking over to me

He still hasn't said anything, but I felt like I should continue

"I know I'm not the most experienced at walking for so long, or am good with fighting demons. This is all so new to me...but I doupt you'd have any trouble that's been going on" I stared down at my own feet, twirling my fingers

Before I hear him sigh outloud,

"Just because I got used to this new mission doesn't mean I don't miss my home" he said,

I glance over to him, not really expecting him to tell me

"Really? You don't seem to show it" I said, lifting my gaze over to him. His eyes glances over by a corner, scratching the back of his neck. Seeming a bit shy and spoke,

"What's the point of being all sad about it? Just because I don't talk about it doesn't mean I don't miss my home. I've been under that mountain over a thousands years and now I'm going off a journey, I wanna see my friends again. I wanna see my home and what has become of it" he finished,

I look down at my fingers again, realized something

I wasn't the only one feeling this way,

Sun Wukong has been acting as if nothing bothers him yet, all that he's been through. Being stuck under a mountain over thousands of years and getting swept away off a journey. He never really gotten the chance to get back home to see his friends.

While me in the other hand, was home and did have caring friends before...well, before I gotten busy and sorta pushed them away. Wukong never gotten a break has he?

"Have you thought once this journey is over, are you gonna go back home?" I ask him

"I think that's obvious, yes. Im King over there, my people need me. But it won't help thinking about it all the time. It'll just only make you feel even more worse than you already are feeling" he said, before putting a hand over my head. Ruffling my hair roughly, messing with my hair in the process
