Chapter 9: "The Black Bear Spirit"

Quickly getting up, I run towards whoever is talking. More so, laughing.

Getting closer, I hid behind the boulder as I can hear the voices the other side. As I peeked over the boulder, only to see three monster spirits talking to eachother. And one of them, was the Black Bear Spirit.

"Hahaha!--the monastery was on fire last night. I went down to check it out and found a wonderful Buddhist robe and a beautiful magical bracelet. I believe it's a Buddhist treasure" the bear said, grinningly proudly to himself.

"Anyway, who would be dumb enough to not steal the two precious treasures? So tonight, I'm throwing a feast to celebrate!" He cheered, making the rest of the spirits cheer with him,

Ask for me, on the other hand, I was furious. Pissed off of the thought of a worthless spirit would lay their hands on masters robe and Alyas Bracelet.

Jumped out from where I hid, and landed in the middle of the spirits circle group. The group of spirit surprised to see monkey landed out of nowhere, I cared less and focused more on getting the gifts back safely

Glaring at the bear, grabbing his clothing. Turning his hand into a fist,

"Give back the gifts right now." I commanded, pulling out my iron bar from my ear. Making it grow, and slammed it hard against the dirt. Making the ground shake uncontrollably, fearing all three spirits

"Or ill destroy all of you." I growled,

All of the spirits ran away from different directions. I cared less at the two other spirits, the bear had the gifts. I chased him down,

Chasing for over 30 minutes, we finally made it to a near by cave. Making him run inside, shutting the doors behind him.

Making me stop, and stare at the locked gates.

Growing tired, I pounded against the cave doors. Making as much loud sounds to get the beat spirit to come out,

"Come out here right now or I'll smash this door down!!" I yelled, continued smashing against the door

Soon the doors flew open, as the bear stepped out from his cave. He was wearing armor while holding a spear in his hand. His eyes glared down at me, as if trying to intimated me,

But I know for sure, it should be the opposite.

"How dare you pound on my door and yell at me!" He growled,

"You stole both precious gifts that belonged to my master and my friend! Give them back!" I yelled, standing firmly. Glaring at the beast, showing no fear and standing proud.

"I can do whatever I want! I am the Black Bear Wind King, I'm the most powerful monster in these mountains!" He puffed his chest up, as if HE is powerful around here. It almost made me chuckle. But I dismissed it, and grinned

"I am Sun Wukong, King of the Flower and Fruit mountian! I caused a lot of damage up on Heaven five hundred years ago. The Jade Emperor entire army couldn't defeat me. Unless you want me to show you." I grinned, getting my bar ready

"Heh, you don't scare me. In fact, you don't impress me. Let alone, do you not see what kind of spirit you're truly dealing with?" The black bear grinned, before he peirce his spear towards me,

Without any movement, I blocked his spear against my iron bar. We soon started to fight, his speed and attacks were fast, but mines were faster. As each and every attack he tried to make, he would always miss me. I had the upper hand, I am powerful, I am immortal, I am the Great Sage!
