A student saw my ring again
They like to look at it
Dangling around my neck
She got closer to me, pointed to it
"Did you break up with him Miss B?"
"Did you break up with C?"
The sound of his name
Sent chills down my spine
"Yes sweetheart, yes I did..."
My eye twitched but I smiled
I walked ahead of them
Got a breath of fresh air
And tried not to
Break down
