At Hassena's House,

Hassena was in her room. Maira had gone to school & Mothers had gone to market. Hassena finally had her 'Me' time as she was off duty today. She sat on the study desk and opened her diary in which she used to write everytime.

Kitne din ho gaye aapse mulakat kiye hue ~

Hum kya bataye aapko ki hamare zindagi mein kya kya chal raha hai. Hamari zindagi mein Anubhav ki kaami thi *she paused* ki ek aur musibat hamare samne akar khadi ho gayi. Pata nahi kon hai voh admi jo hamari Maira se itna ghul mil gaya. Kash voh hamare liye koi khatra na ho. Aab hamare andar hamari Maira se dur jaane ki takat nahi hai. Yah Allah please sab accha hi karna.

She stopped writing. Suddenly, the door bell of the house rang. She glanced at the wall. Maira had time to come and Mothers had left recently so who would be at this time, she thought.

She pushed her thoughts aside and opened the door. But,... She was shocked to see Anubhav standing on the door. She froze for a moment when she saw him. He was smiling.

Anubhav (lovingly)- Kaisi hai aap Hassena?

Hassena stumbled hearing his voice. Yes, he was in real. Her eyes teared up and she could no longer stopped herself from sobbing. Anubhav was shocked to see such a reaction from Hassena.

He came inside the house the locked the door. He went near Hassena and clutched her shoulders but she kept crying.

Anubhav (worriedly)- Hassena, aap ro kyu rahi hai? Kya hua hai? Humse koi galti hui hai kya?

Hassena listened to him carefully and immediately pushed herself in his arms nodding in negative. He was hell worried but still wrapped his arms around her till she stopped sobbing. She broke from the hug, looking into his eyes; hurt visible.

Hassena (cupping his face)- Aapse koi galti nahi hui hai Anubhav. Galti toh humse hui jiske liye hum saza bhugat rahe hai par hum aab kamzor pad rahe hai Anubhav. Itni saari musibaton ka akele saamna karke thak gaye hai.... Hume laga hume puri zindagi aaise hi akele rehna padega. Par aab toh aap honge na? Haina? Aapne hume maaf kar diya na?

He looked into her eyes. Their were hopes in her eyes. Anubhav felt guilty; he thought he had hurt her deeply. A tear escaped his eyes.

Anubhav (guiltily)- Hassena *he sighed* Hamare vajah se kya kuch sehna nahi pada hoga aapko. Hamare aapke zindagi mein aate hi humne aapko chot pohocha di. Fir ek baar Sagai ke vakt aapko chod kar chale gaye. Fir ek baar aapko chod diya jab aap hamari beti ko pal rahi thi. (Tears flowing through his eyes continuously) Humne aapko keval dukh diya hai Hassena ji. Desh ke liye bhale hi itna sab kuch kiya parantu humne hamesha apnon ke dukhon ko nazarandaz kiya hai. Itne dukh dene ke bavajood bhi aap hamare saath rehna chahti hai?

Hassena came forward and pecked his lips slightly giving him shock. She cupped his face more firmly.

Hassena- Aapne hume koi dukh nahi diya hai Anubhav. Aapke dukhon ke saamne hamare dukh toh kuch bhi nahi hai. Aur agar aap hamare saath nahi rahe na Anubhav toh ham maar... (Before she could speak further he put his hands on her)

She glanced at him. He hugged her tightly.

Anubhav- Aaisa maat kahiye Hassena ji. Hum bhi aapke bina nahi reh sakte *he sobbed* Hum nahi reh sakte jeevit yadi aapko kuch ho gaya toh. (He tightened the hug) I Love You Hassena...
