i grabbed the remote from beside me on the couch to pause my show on netflix.
i looked down at my phone to see it ringing.
"incoming facetime call from 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 💙."
"yeeerr wdp mh" darrian stated inhaling smoke from his blunt into his mouth.
"yooo wsp wht u need" i questioned pushing my glasses up against my face.
"im finna go chill at dd house , you sliding or what?" he asked moving the camera around a little bit.
"yea , meet me at the deli 4 minutes from my apartment building"
"ighh" he said blowing smoke into the camera and hanging up.
i turned the tv off and got up off the couch to walk to my room.
i put on my foam runners and grabbed my pink nike zip up jacket.

"yerrr my heart" darrian said walking up to me.
i looked up from my phone and put in in my coat pocket.
"yoo" i said pushing my glasses up against my face while dapping him up.
his phone started ringing.
i heard somebody getting loud on the other line of the phone as we continued walking.
"pipe down mh i jus met her , we otw rn" he said looking over at me.
i laughed "who is that" .
"my son" he said smirking.
i instantly knew who it was .. dd and i knew he wanted a reaction out of him.
he laughed "wrd2 i got u when we get there" .
i looked over at him "you know how dd get" i laughed.
"he not gon touch me , im untouchable and you know thisss" he said getting closer to me getting all up in my face.
"boy back up" i rolled my eyes pushing on his chest.

darrian knocked on the house door as i stood behind him.
"why u wore them shorts .. its cold" he turned around and asked me.
i shrugged "because you called me on short notice".
he laughed.
"not funny"
melz opened the door for us.
"hey ddot , and heyyyy y/n!!" she hugged me.
"heyyy melzz i missed you." i hugged back as we rocked back and forth.
we let go and looked at each other "yea i missed you too , you rarely come around" she laughed.
"you right .. ima start coming over more"
"well mkay dd and notti upstairs in notti room on the game if thats where yall going"
