My brain tells me I'm not good enough. I have too high expectations for myself, and if I don't reach them, I beat myself up.
Something is wrong with my brain. I can't stop moving, and/or picking my nails.
I believe I'm fat. That's not gonna change.
My brain is broken. But maybe, just maybe, it can heal.
