I'm on way to meet, Shay, Kay, and Jameila for my wedding dress shopping this made me missed my mama more because I expected her to be there with us finding the perfect dress, but then I realized she is there spiritually she is everywhere I go my mama will always be there with me
Entering the dress shop, I saw everyone waiting there for me
“Finally, you're here” Jameila said hugging
“Traffic got me”
We started chatting, having a little problem finding the dress I liked until a black girl came over to us, she looked like a model.
She smiled, “Hey I'm Mara, it seems you're having a little difficulty. I can offer my assistance if you like”.
“Yes please.....the dress I imagine it to be like a real life princess wedding dress…” I continued to explain how I would love my dress to be like, Mara nodded understanding.
“I have a few around the back if you like…let me go get them”
Mara ran around the back coming back with about four dresses on her arms she gave one to me to try on trying it on I walked out of the dressing room waiting for their feedback
This one doesn't feel right
I got a chorus of no walking back into dressing room I tried on the other dress stepping out I got the same choruses of no's
Finally trying on the 4th one staring at myself in mirror I looked beautiful yes the one stepping out everyone gasped
“Wow, you are so beautiful!” Shay said.
“This dress suits you so much!” Kay said.
“OMG!” Jameila said.
“The one” Mara said
“I'll take this one”
***** “I'll have a cheeseburger extra cheese with a side of curly fries and a Pepsi” I ordered
After buying the dress we came here our regular spot Flip's burger house Flip's has the best burgers here in the whole town every day here is always packed.
“I'm going on a date tonight-” Shay said
We squealed
“Who?”

“What are you gonna wear?”
We flashed a number of questions at Shay, happy for her

We screamed people in restaurant stop eating staring at us

Everybody nodded agreeing after eating we came to the mall for a dress for Shay date tonight

“Obviously, I've tried it before, made me look like a red dodo”
We laughed
“Pick something you like then” Kay suggested
“Don't call nosey, but I overheard you all conversations and recognized you guys voices from earlier and I was wondering if you would want my help...again” Mara said appearing from out of nowhere with a light skin girl behind her texting on phone not even looking at us
“Hey thank god you're here because these bitches don't know style” Shay said
We flipped her off
“Ungrateful” Kay said
Mara laughed" I saw some nice ass dresses other there” Mara pointed
“Show me them”
Shay dragged Mara over to the section she pointed before
The light skin girl who was behind Mara looked up her eyes landing on me seemed as if she has seen a ghost
“Hey I'm kaylani” I said uncomfortable the girl has been staring at me without even blinking.
