Same/similiar as Homelander -
Flight at high speeds
Super strenght
Extreme durability, mainly againts blunt force
Heat ray/Heat vision
Hyper sonic screech
X-ray vision (added later)
Enchanted healing factor (added later)
Unlike Homelander, Izuku will not be as... excuse my language, as fucked as Homelander because lets admit it, Homelander has a LOT of mental problems. He also won't be a "child with a power of a god seeking attention" he will be kind of dark but not really as fucked as Homelander.
He will also be smart enough to gain an actual combat experience.
His power level will also be higher as OG Homelander bcs while Homelander is strong af in his own universe he is actually kinda weak compared to other universes.
So i think thats everything.
