Chapter 12: Where are we?

I'm not dead lol

"Y/n... Y/n? Y/N!"

 Phillip shook y/n awake. Y/n opened their eyes and looked around.

"Wha-wh-did we make it?"

"Not quite," Phillip said helping y/n stand up. "When we went through the gap, it didn't know what reality to make."

Phillip pointed at their surroundings. Nothing but blank, harsh, white, emptiness. Y/n looked around.

"Phillip,"

"Huh?"

"Are we..dead?" Y/n asked looking at him with a worried expression painted on their face.

"No, we aren't dead, The Entity won't let us die. That's the only way it can live." Phillip started walking but stopped when he felt something on his leg. He looked down and to his surprise he saw what appeared to be one of The Entity's claws poking through his bleeding calf.

"Oh my god Phillip!" Y/n exclaimed crouching down to get a better look at it. Phillip sat down and tilted his head at it.

"Pull it out."

"What? No! The amount of i-"

"Pull. It. Out......please. i'm testing something."

Y/n furrowed their eyebrows and grabbed the claw firmly. "Are you sure?"

"..."

"Hell yeah, I've got nothing to lose."

Y/n smiled at him joking at a time like this. Y/n started pulling on the claw. Phillip didn't even move.

"Does it hurt?" Y/n asked as they wiggled the claw.

"No. My guess was right. We can't feel pain here. This is the off-limits zone for The Entity."

Y/n looked at their arm and slapped it as hard as they could. Nothing. No pain, no sting, no, no nothing.

"Y/n, look up." Phillip said pointing up.

Y/n raised their head and noticed a giant gap in the sky. 

"Is, is that Laurie?"

"HEELLOOO???? ANYONE THERE??" Nea yelled down into the vast whiteness.

"Yeah! We are here!" Y/n sighed in relief.

"I'VE GOT SOME BAD NEWS, THERE ARE A BUNCH OF PEOPLE UP HERE THAT ARE TRYING TO KILL US SO HURRY UP!!!!"
