Akaza widened his eyes, then grinned.

"Well, that was quick. Already taking me back to your house?" He teased, clasping his hands together.

Kyojuro looked away, hiding his face. "Don't be stupid, i'd never do that."

The upper moon sighed, then crossed his arms.

'Hm, I wonder.. will he ever tease back?' He thought, then chuckled.

'Nah.'

Boredom started to settle in once the upper moon realized it was getting brighter.

'Shit..' he thought, looking around.

"Hm?" Kyojuro stopped, looking back.

Akaza had climbed under kyojuro's haori and was hiding under it.

The hashira chuckled a bit, "you can ride on my back under my haori if it makes you feel better."

Akaza's eyes seemed to gleam with excitement once he heard this. "Yes!" He grinned.

The hashira slightly bent down, allowing the demon to climb on his back.

Once settled kyojuro continued to walk to his estate.

"I have to warn you, my father isn't the brightest man." The hashira sighed.

The upper moon peeked his head out from under the haori, "how so?"

Kyojuro shrugged, "after my mother died he changed. He's much more strict with my younger brother, senjiro. And he barely cared that I became a hashira."

Akaza frowned, "sounds like a bitch."

Kyojuro chuckled, "yes, but he's still my father."

The two continued in comfortable silence, that was until Akaza became bored again.

"Kyojuroooooooo~!" Akaza whined.

"Yes?" Said hashira sighed, glancing back.

"I'm bored." The demon stated, huffing.

Kyojuro shrugged, looking forward.

"Ah, we're here." The hashira stopped, smiling.

"FINALLY!" Akaza yelled, grinning.

For a moment the two stood in silence.

"Are you gonna get off?" Kyojuro asked, looking back.

"Uhm, no? It's still day!" The upper moon rolled his eyes.

The hashira looked up, "it's really cloudy today, so maybe you could get off?" He chuckled.

The upper moon rolled his eyes again, "fine." He got off the hashira's back, but stayed under the haori.

The two continued walking towards the flame hashira's estate.

There was silence for a while, then the noise of a glass shattering came from inside the estate.

"Senjuro!" Kyojuro called out, sprinting towards the house.

"Eh- hey! Wait!" Akaza chases after.

The hashira busted through the front door, looking around the home.

Suddenly he heard muffled yelling, sounding from an older person.

Kyojuro opened a door to the kitchen, then froze.

Senjuro was crying on the ground, a broken vase beside him.

Akaza peeked out from behind the hashira, looking at the scene.
