So after conversing with my dear friend, the original Ghost, we decided the ship names for Maverick x Stirrups and Iceman x Ghost.
@ThatClassyBrunette inspired us with Ghostman for Iceman x Ghost.
And I'm sticking with Maverrups for Maverick x Stirrups, which I came up with when finding songs for the Solace playlist.
Thanks for everyone who offered their suggestions. I loved hearing them all and they were pretty great considering I had legit no idea for Ghost and Ice, lol. Anyways, before I close out this rare and probably the only stand alone author's note I'll leave (I don't like disrupting the flow of chapters), fun fact: Stirrups and Ghost are the callsigns my best friend and I came up with for each other. We call each other that all the time. She isn't on Wattpad, but she's a huge part of this story and I began it just for her. Maybe one day she'll get an account and y'all can 'meet' her. She's great. I tell her about y'all's support all the time and it makes her so so happy that other people love the characters and storyline we dreamt of.
