WAND: a 17 inch pine wand in a straight and smooth shape, pointed at the end. it had either rougarou hair or unicorn hair as the core, it is unknown. ( old wand broken in crimes of grindelwald ) an 18 inch hornbeam wand with a curupia hair core. ( wand recieved in secrets of dumbledore. )
BACKGROUND: he grew up in northern ireland to a pureblood auror family, before being accepted to hogwarts when he was eleven years old. he spent all of his time, excluding summers, at the castle, working on his studies. he met his closest friend, newton scamander, in his care for magical creatures course when they were in their second year. they were inseparable from then on. then, casimir became an auror while newt worked an office job in the ministry. when newt began to travel the world, casimir took a sabbatical to go with newt on his journies. then, he found dougal, just a wee baby who lost his mother to magical poachers. becoming his caregiver, he decided he wouldn't return from his sabbatical for a while, so he could care for magical creatures, as he thought it was his calling. it was then ( crimes of grindelwald ) he met nicholas flamel, the famous alchemist, when he truly found his calling. and thus he said goodbye to his friends, and began to study underneath flamel, with dougal by his side. but, he was still close with newt scamander, even helping him in the events of secrets of dumbledore.

RELATIONSHIP STATUS BETWEEN CRUSH: newt scamander ( he and newt were inseparable during their school days, and never drifted even when casimir became an auror. but they only became even closer, and almost lovers, when they became basically parents for the demiguise dougal. they were each others better half, and made each other better. but they only began to drift when casimir left to pursue his study of alchemy, and he gained his immortality. that meant he and newt could never grow old together, and newt resented him for it. )
remus lupin ( yes, yes, i know what your going to say. dante, didn't casimir have remus as a student because he's immortal? yes, yes he did. but they don't have a romantic relationship when remus is a student, because that would make casimir a pedophile. so, they only grew close when remus reached out during his mid twenties about his lycanthropy, and how it was growing worse. he knew of casimir's fondness for magical beasts, so he knew casimir could help. and that casimir did. )
