you look beautiful

3rd person pov

mina was hurt but she didn't have a right to be. she didn't have a right to be sad but she was. she was sad that enid came with someone else when she wanted to ask her, mina wanted to ask enid and yet now she couldn't and she hated it. she hated the fact that she was too scared to ask to a point where she lost the girl to a fucking normie. why was she so mad? why was she so hurt? she looked at serena after she saw xavier and bianca together

'sorry' she mouthed to the girl and serena shrugged , they were both feeling the same type of way for two totally different reasons but that made them alike, that made them real. Mina didn't mean to stare at enid with the boy but she couldn't help it, she had missed her chance and she was mad at herself.

"Mina" she heard and she turned to see Ajax standing there with his date looking at her

"hey aj, whats up?" she asked and he shrugged as she smiled at his date who smiled back at her.

"nothing , wheres enid?" he asked and they both turned to her as they saw her on the ground and minas eyebrows shot up.

"I don't know let's go check it out" Mina said and she walked over to enid and her date as ajax spoke up

"Enid" ajax said and her date turned around as she did too and she looked at mina. she thought that mina looked beautiful and now she regretted not asking the Sanchez girl but what she didn't know was that mina was thinking the same exact thing.

"I thought that was you" ajax said as he nudged mina who laughed softly and shook her head.

"is that your date?" mina asked and enid sighed and nodded. mina felt her heart crush but she didn't say anything

"yes, and he's having the best time with me. we are both loving this dance together" enid said and mina sighed

"cool" mina said and she walked away with ajax and his date as enid stared at the girl and sighed. mina separated from them not long after and she walked over to serena as they danced together and had fun.

that was until serena ran off after bianca and mina sighed. she ran a hand through her hair before she looked around and she saw enid leave with her date and mina followed. she didn't want to intrude but she felt like something bad was going to happen and she couldn't let it. she stood in the doorway and listened until she heard what they said and she didn't stop herself

she ran out from behind the door and she stood in front of the group of three boys and enid. she saw the tears in enids eyes and she looked at the boys

"wolf out" they were chanting and mina needed to put a stop to it so she stepped forward and used her siren song. she hated to use it but in times of need when she needed to protect herself and her friends or enid , she would use it.

"leave" she practically growled and she watched as a glaze ran over the boys eyes and they all turned and walked away from them. she turned to enid and she walked forward grabbing the girls hands

"are you okay e?" she asked and enid sighed

"I didn't even want to come to this stupid thing with him,I wanted to come with you. i should've asked you but I thought you were going to ask me" enid said and mina sighed as she pressed her forehead to enids and smiled softly

"I was stupid to not ask you enid. you look beautiful and I wanted to come with you anyways. i should've taken the chance to ask you and I'm sorry I didn't" she said  and enid smiled as she grabbed minas hands and looked inside

"we still have time, will you come to the dance with me?" enid asked and mina smiled as she kissed the girls forehead and nodded.

"I would love to come to the dance with you e" she said and enid led her back into the room as she led her to the dance floor. mina spun enid around as they danced and ajax smiled at the sight of them. he knew that they would end up together no matter what and he liked it that way. it made him happy.

there mina and enid were on the dance floor as they smiled at each other softly. enid looked at the girl who had been protecting her from the awkwardness and that's when she noticed something . it was mina, it had always been mina. mina was the girl who stayed. mina was the girl who protected enid. mina was the one who had stuck by her for everything. enid stared at the girl who danced before enid grabbed her shoulders and turned her to her

"e? what's wrong?" she asked and enid sighed. she knew that mina couldn't hear her over the music but she didn't care. she needed to tell her

"I love you" she said and mina sighed as she leaned forward to hear the girl better

"what?" she asked and enid sighed before she yelled

"IM IN LOVE WITH YOU" enid yelled and mina was taken aback but she felt a smile stretch on her face

"i'm in love with you too e" she stated and enid smiled

"really?" she asked and mina nodded

"really". she said and they leaned in as they kissed each other softly. they felt it begin to ran and they heard screams but they didn't care as they stood there in the middle of the dance floor and held each other close.

I know the way I wrote things isn't the way it happened in the show but for the confession to work, I needed to switch things around and show a little protector mina before anything else. sorry for the confusion.
