Why Me?

{ chapter 7}

It has been a week since the brennen incident, the fans had started to give me hate for being Colby's girlfriend but I have gotten past it. My 22 birthday was in 2 days, and I knew that the group had something planned, cause they have been acting weird lately.

I didn't bother asking them cause I knew they wouldn't tell me. I still didn't have a job, but today was my job interview. I applied for an actress role, for a movie.

I was really excited about it. Cause it was my dream to be an actress.

I was getting ready to go to my interview, as Colby walked in. "Are you excited for your job interview?" He asked me as he sat on the bed.

"Yeah, I can finally be someone I have always wanted to be" I said. "I'm sure you'll get the role, cause you're amazing" he said as he started to kiss my neck. "Colby, I have to get ready!"

I said as he pulled away. I finished getting ready and put on my outfit. Once I was ready I turned to Colby. "You look hot, babe" he said as I pulled him in for a kiss.

"I know daddy" I said with a smirk as I got my bag. "You have to stop turning me on and then leaving, V" he whined. "Can't help it" I said with a smile as I grabbed my keys.

"Bye bae, I love you" I said as started to walk out of the room. "Bye, I wish you the best of luck, love you!" He said as I walked outside and got in my car. I started driving, as I drove I put on some music to get me a little less stressed.

After some time I was at the hotel were my interview would be. I let out a deep breath, as I got out of my car and walked in the hotel. I walked to the register. "Hello my name's Violet, and I'm here for the interview with Mr. Jones " I said with smile.

"Okay, wait on the couch and I will get Mr. Jones for you" the lady said with a smile as she walked away. I was really nervous because I didn't know if I could get the role. But I still had my hopes up.

After some time, a tall man in a suit came to me. "Hello Miss.Violet, I'm Mr. Jones, and I'm here to interview you for a movie role" he said as I stood up and shook his hand.

"Follow me!" He said as I followed him to the elevator. We got in the elevator, as he pressed the 7th button. We got out on the seventh floor, as we walked in his office. "You can sit down there" he said as he pointed to the chair.

We both sat down as he started the interview. "First question, have you ever had any experience in acting?" He asked me, as he looked from his papers to me.

"No actually, but it has always really been my dream to be one" I said, as I smiled. "Okay, next question! Are you good at any type of acting?" He asked me as he wrote something in his papers.

"I think so, cause I have participated in many acting classes" I said with a smile. "Okay we don't have anymore specific questions, since you have been in acting classes"

He said as he stood up. "Meet me here tomorrow at 9am so you can show us your acting, and you might make the roll" he said as I left the room.

I was so excited, because I finally can be an actress. I excitingly got in my car, and drove home while listening to some music. While driving home, I got hungry so went to a McDonald's drive thru, and order some food for me and Colby.

I got my food and drove home. When I got home, went inside and saw the roommates talking about something, but they quickly stoped talking when they saw me.

"Hey babe, how was the interview?" Colby asked me as I put my food on the table. "It was great, I need to go to another metting tomorrow so I can show them my acting" I happy said. "That's great. I'm sure you'll get the role" kat said as I smiled and opened my McDonald's bag.
