-TATUYANNA TORRONO >

My father doesn't smile when he sees me approach him, All I see is the death in his eyes. I quickly realize that he's putting up a front for his allies.

The act of strength in front of the people that should see him as a boss and nothing but a cold, stoic man physically expressing intimidation and is unable to feel vulnerability.

I understand the principle behind that. People take advantage of your kindness and see weakness in expressing emotions. In my dad's case, it's an absolute self-demand if people are going to see you in a position of power.

A grin spreads my lips at him and I successfully make the corners of his lips slightly curve, while his gaze livens up.

My father was surrounded by three men. Two of them look to be around his age and the one with dark gray eyes looked a lot older.

I reach the small group of men and accept my father's stretched-out hand, my eyes giving them each a quick once-over.

"You all already know Ares. Representing the Seidon name and family." My father gestures to Ares, who give them a firm nod.

They return a similar stiff nod, and then lay their curious gazes on me.

"This is my daughter. Tatuyanna Nahita Torrono. Before Ares' family's replacement, her mother was my family's top doctor. However, she no longer works with us, but she left me an angel," He introduces me, being as vague as possible.

I'm grateful. The less they know the better.

"It is a pleasure to make your acquaintances," I say, confidently facing them. I felt no need to shrink back into fear. Physically or mentally.

"So this is the infamous princess locked up in a castle conveyed as Torrono territory. You finally show us your treasure," A man with green eyes stretches his hand out for me to shake. "Laureano Piero, the pleasures all mine." I shake his hand.

"She certainly holds up to the rumors," The man with the dark silver gaze says. I narrow my heterochromatic eyes. "What rumors?" I ask, trying my hardest not to come off as aggressive. "They say the Italian boss hid a diamond from the underworld," He says. "The reasons being her irresistible beauty and well. . . amongst other explicit rumors,"

Understanding washes over my features.

"Well Massimo, could you blame the fucker. Her beauty rivals the epitome of Italian beauty." He smirks slyly at me. "Dante's daughter," Laureano says, making my father and Dante stiffen. "If you appreciate the benefits of your sight with both eyes, you won't cross your limits."

Laureano visibly tenses but his face still shows humour. Tries to lighten up the mood with a small chuckle.

"Let's not compare the beauty of our daughters. They're both fuckin' gorgeous," Dante placed a hand on my father's shoulders, who looks like he was about to pull out his pistol and really shoot this man's eye in. "Speaking of the beautiful devil, here she comes,"

I follow his gaze, Ares doing the same.

My jaw nearly dropped. She was stunning. Too beautiful. I almost frown out of pure envy.

Olive-toned skin, blue-green eyes locked on my hazel and green ones. Her dark brown hair flowed down her perfectly shaped face and down her breasts.

Her top lip was slightly thicker than her bottom lip, and her makeup was natural and simple, along with her white dress. It was strapless and had a high slit that showed off her gorgeous tanned legs.

"Young Torrono, I'd like for you to meet my daughter, Alessia Gabriella Constantino," This girl beams the brightest smile and eagerly shakes my hand. "It's so nice to meet the diamond of the underworld." She says, no malice or mocking coming off her tone. It was that off a pure friendly conversation starter.
