On the planet of Coruscant the Senator of the planet Naboo has just landed with her escorts one of the two escorts seems happy that they were safely here as he thought they would be in danger of being attacked but just after he spoke the main ship exploded with the senator making her way down the ship and everyone within the blast radius had been killed or heavily injured the two pilots who didn't get the brunt of the explosion rushed over to the senator and the women died in her arms whilst she pleaded for her to live.
After dropping her head to the ground the real senator then ran to safety with the other pilot.
In another known location where the supreme chancellor is we see chancellor Palpatine with a few select of the Jedi from the council in his office, and the conversations seems to be about a vote of going to war perhaps with the new faction going against the republic the separatist and the Jedi were begging for him to delay the vote but the chancellor thinks that he can negotiate his way out of this but the Jedi seem to think differently.
Windu seems to be expressing deeply that Jedi are keepers of peace not soldiers and at this Yoda seems to make a face like he knows something others do not and the chancellor asks Master Yoda if this will go to the stage of a galactic war and the wise advice he got was that the dark side clouds his vision on seeing or sensing the future, and after this a hologram of the chancellors assistant says that the loyalist committee is there to see him and the chancellor asks for them inside, and soon the doors open.
"we will discuss this later" said chancellor Palpatine
The Jedi get up from their seats and walk towards the loyalist committee and Yoda speaks to the senator
"senator Amidalla, you tragedy on the landing platform terrible, seeing you alive brings warm feelings to my heart" said Yoda looking to Padme
"do you have any idea who is behind this attack?" asked Padme
"Our intelligence points to disgruntled spice miners on the moons of Naboo" said Master Windu while walking down towards the senator
"I think it is Count Dooku behind this" respond Padme
Ti-Aki Mundi then quickly responded "Count Dooku is a political idealist not a murderer"
"you now milady Count Dooku was once a Jedi" said Windu "he couldn't assassinate anyone its not in his character" continued Windu
"but for certain senator in great danger you are" spoke Yoda
"master Jedi may I suggest the senator be placed under the protection of your graces" said the chancellor
"you really think that is a wise decision under these stressful times" said someone who was with senator Amidalla
"chancellor if I may comment I do not-" Padme was cut off by Palpatine
"not feel the situation is that serious. no I but I do senator I realise all too well that additional security might be disruptive for you but they have someone your familiar with an old friend like Master Kenobi" said the chancellor
"thats possible, he's just returned from a border dispute on Anteon" said Master Windu
"do it for me milady please, the thought of losing you, is unbearable" said the chancellor
Windu then turned to Padme "I will have Obi-Wan report to you immediately my lady"
"thank you Master Windu" she said in response
Yoda then spoke up "maybe should Kane Shan join them get him out of his self isolation and maybe he would be happy to see a familiar face Master Windu?"
