Its been a month since I came back and our fight. Things have really started to change between us like in a good way. We text more often now and he comes to my house whenever he is free in the evening. I'm grateful to have a friend like him in my life I mean since the day he found out about Jenn he tried his best to never leave me alone and distract me as much as possible.

Y/niee💜: the meeting was good. I am having my lunch. What about you?

Bb🐰💜: I will eat after dance practice. Oh btw I bought something for you

Bb🐰💜: I got us matching phone cases and also your Kakashi Hatake key ring ✌🏻

Y/niee💜: what!!! Wow I can't wait to see it💜❤️❤️

Bb🐰💜: I'll be free by 2am. So I will directly come to your place. Will have dinner and sleep there only

Y/niee💜: already told Ahjumma to make something for you 🫰🏻

*doorbell rings* "finally you are home I was waiting for you" I said looking at Jungkook who looked drained from the practice

" lets eat something I am hungry" he said

I went to the kitchen and microwaved our food while he went to my room to clean himself.
After 10 minutes we started eating "you know what?people would think we are married or something" I said jokingly

" why would they think that" Jungkook asked still invested on food

"I mean we are always on phone if not of phone then we are together. Like today also you got free past midnight yet you came to my house we are having dinner together. Sometimes we even sleep together while watching random things on tv" I said

" let them think whatever they want. And why did you bring this up ?" He asked

" coz people have started questioning about our relationship" I responded trying to make an eye contact but he is still devouring each bite of his food as if this is the last food he will have before we die

" uh huh. Like what" He said stuffing his mouth

" well Soobyuk asked if we were dating and then Ahjumma always passes comments like young love or love birds. Even my mom asked me if we are together and the strangest of them all was asked by hailee that when did we started having sex" I said awkwardly

He choked on food when he heard the last sentence " well I don't know let them think what they want to think *pauses*. No wait, actually its not a bad idea we can become a couple what do you think" he said teasingly hugging me

" what! No way Jungkook" I said in defence as if I really hated the idea of us being a couple when in reality I think I have started to like him more than a friend

" no seriously think about it. We already live like a couple. And knowing your face and attitude towards other you are not going to get a boyfriend anytime soon" he said giggling

" hey that was mean" I said crossing me arms

He just giggled and started eating again as if nothing happened I got mad at his behaviour for some reason so I just took my dish and bowl to the kitchen and started cleaning it when suddenly he grabbed my waist and turned me around " think about it y/n where will you find a handsome guy like me" He said in his raspy voice slowly closing the gap between us.
God is this a movie or something like we are dangerously close to each other if anyone moves even an inch that would created an awkward situation for both if us. " J-Jungkook Please get a side" I said slightly place my arms on his chest to create a gap between us but it didn't work instead he touched his forehead with mine . " you don't like me y/n" he asked
I gulped and tried to form a sentence but this closeness was not letting me say anything we were so close at this moment that I was becoming impatient for him to kiss me and closed my eyes for the same but instead of that he started laughing really hard and backed away.

" Jungkook this is not funny okay" I said breathing heavily

" hey its not like I have never flirted with you before" He said sitting on the kitchen counter

" well you should not" I said washing my hands

" hey why are you acting like this? Do you like me or something" his question created an unknown silence between us . Should tell him that I have feelings for him? No that could totally ruin our friendship if he doesn't feel the same

" I uh-" he didn't let me finish my sentence and said " or did you think I like you" that question broke my heart, that means for sure he doesn't like me back.
I was just struck dumb and looked down.
" hey hey its okay I know I took it too far. I almost convinced you into think that I like you. You obviously don't think of me that way and didn't wanted to hurt me either so it was awkward for you. I'm sorry" He said pouting
" its okay . I'll go to sleep I'm tired" I said yawning and left without waiting for his reply.
