~18th Birthday~

•Crystal POV•

"I can't believe it. 18 ka na Empress," namamanghang sabi ni Scarlet. Natawa ako sa reaksyon niya, "Neither can I."

Today is my eighteenth birthday and I think this turn out wonderful. "Hello there my little princess. Legal age ka na," naiiyak na sambit ni Dadi. "Dadi naman mamaya pa ang iyakan e. Advance kayo masyado," sabi ni Zharm.

Habang nagkakatuwaan kami ay biglang pumasok si Ate Agatha sa kuwarto. "Aw, you look gorgeous as ever. By the way the party will start soon everybody on your positions." Nagpaalam na sila sa akin bago magtungo sa pwesto nila.

Nandito kami sa isang resort na pagmamay-ari ni Dadi. Inalalayan na ako ng iba papunta sa Limousin. Pumasok ako doon at hinintay ang cue para lumabas ako. Nasa unahan ko ang sasakyan nina Dadi kasama ang mga kapatid ko.

Narinig ko na ang welcome remarks ni Ate Agatha at ang hiyawan ng mga tao. Invited dito lahat ng kaibigan ko pati na rin ang mga co workers ko sa company ni Dadi. I wish they are all with me. I miss them but I am still mad at them. Is that even possible? Nga pala where is my escort.

Umunsad ang nasa unahang sasakyan at bumaba sina Dadi doon.

Napalinga-linga ako sa paligid. Sino ba escort ko?

"Let's all meet the family of our debutant," rinig kong pagpapakilala ni Ate Agatha kayna Dadi.

Bumukas ang pinto at nagulat ako sa kung sinong nagbukas noon. "Damian?" ngumiti lang siya sa akin at naglahad ng kanyang kamay.

Tinanggap ko iyon kahit ako'y naguguluhan. "Akala ko umalis ka," naiiyak kong sabi. Natawa siya sa reaksyon ko,"I can't miss your special day baby Z." Niyakap ko siya at niyakap niya rin ako pabalik.

"And now let's all welcome our gorgeous debutant." The curtain of roses suddenly opened revealing the whole venue with the visitors.

I smiled and walked along the red carpet with Damian by my side. Some staff told us to stop at the middle to take a picture of us and then continue walkinb towards the beautiful throne made of blue roses.

The party started with welcome message and a speech coming from Dadi.

"Thank you Mr. Valdez for that wonderful speech. Let's now witness the gorgeous video clip of our Queen."

The guest are delighted as they saw my pre-debut photoshoot clip. I smiled and became teary eye afterwards. Pangarap ko lang ito noon kasi sa hirap ng buhay namin dati di ko alam kung makakaranas ako ng ganto but here I am celebrating my 18th year of existence with the people I valued the most.

Napakunot-noo ako nang hindi ko makita ng taong kanina ko pang hinahanap sa mga guest.

"Dadating din iyon." Napatingin ako kay Damian ng magsalita siya. Nakangiti siya sa tabi ko. I hope he will.

As far as I can remember today is Shiela's birthday as well. Ironic isn't it. The person or I would like to say rival for Lucas' heart has the same birthady as me.

I shake my head a little and glance at my family with the smile in their faces. I don't want to ruin my beautiful evening. Bahala na siya.

After the short clip it is time for the 18 roses. I stood in the middle of the dance floor as Ate Agatha called my 18 roses. Sa totoo lang hindi ko alam kung sino-sino ang nakalagay doon dahil si Scarlet ang nagintindi noon.

I smiled as Kuya A approach me and give me a blue rose. He then held his hand and ask me for a dance. I bow and grab his hand accompanied with a ballroom music as we dance gracefully at the dance floor.
