Rem and Y/N are waiting for Subaru next to a carriage. Luckily it wasn't long, as Subaru had grabbed his things with the help of Wilhelm
Subaru: Rem, how long until we reach the mansion?
Rem: about two and a half days, I think
Subaru: over two days? It took less than half a day to get here!
Rem: we cannot go that way. There is a fog over the road, so we need to take a detour
Subaru: who cares about fog?
Rem: the fog is created by the White Whale. Should we encounter it, we would not survive
Subaru and Wilhelm seem distraught by the news
Rem: thank you for lending us your dragon-drawn carriage
Rem bowed to Wilhelm
Rem: in my master's stead, I offer my gratitude for the favor you have shown is till today
Wilhelm: it's nothing. Please take care
Y/N: until we meet again
Y/N and Subaru got into the back, Rem got in the drivers seat.
Subaru: are you getting anything from Ram?
Rem: no, our shared sense is consciously controlled, to an extent. This morning, I think that what I sensed was something that exceeded my sister's control
Y/N: so Ram didn't want us to know
Subaru: is she trying to keep us away?
Y/N: maybe
Subaru: but why?
Y/N: well it is Ram, so she might not want to worry Rem about it
Subaru: DAM IT!
Subaru kick the floor of the carriage
Y/N: calm down
Subaru: how can I be calm right now! Emilia could be in trouble and I can't do anything!
Y/N: getting mad isn't going to help us
Subaru: I know it's just...
Y/N: you care, I get it. But getting mad now isn't going to help us, you can get mad all you want once we get back, for now though we need to stay calm
Subaru: how are you so calm?
Y/N: oh no, I am angry. I'm just ignoring it
Subaru: that can't be healthy
Y/N: it's not don't do it
Subaru: so why are you doing it?
Y/N: it was how I coped
Subaru: owe...

Rem:...
Subaru:....
Y/N: I'm going to take a quick nap
Y/N lies down on his seat, using his coat as a pillow

Y/N closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep
