IX: Masons Mom

Chapter nine: Mason's Mom

" Leave him alone! He didn't do anything! "

" I'm not gonna leave him alone! He's my son, I raised him! "

Mac and Mason sat watching a movie. Mac's head on Mason's shoulder, Mason's head on top of hers. "Why would you do that! She's so stupid!" Mac said to the woman on the screen "She really is" Mason agreed. His phone dinged and he pulled it out a  text from 'Mother' on his phone. "Hey I gotta go outside real quick, I'll be back" Mason said "Okay" Mac moved her head from Mason's shoulder. She paused the movie.

Mason walked outside and pulled his phone out to text his mom back.

Private Messages
Mason + Mom-

Mother: Where are you?

Mason: Dads

Mother: your location says otherwise-

Mason: why are you looking at my location?

Mother: Don't changed the subject

Mason: I'm not.

Mother: I can look at your location if I want, I'm your mother and I'm coming to get you.

Mason: Mom, it doesn't matter that your my mother, I can be at a friends house.

Mother: To late, I'm on my way.

Mason sighed and walked back inside. "Hey" he said as he sat down "my moms on her way" he finished. "Why? How does she know your here?" Mac asked "she looked at my location." Mason shrugged "oh, okay" Mac nodded "I don't wanna goooo" Mason complained "I don't what you to go" Mac wrapped her arms around Mason.

A knock at the door was heard, Mac didn't move she wouldn't let Mason leave "Mac- I gotta get the door, it's my mom" Mason said "Fine" Mac moved her arms so Mason could get the door. Mason stood up and walked to the door letting his mom in.

Mac watched as Mason's mom looked around the room. Mason walked over to Mac and sat down. "Come on Mason, your going home" His mom said "I'm not going home" Mason said "Yes you are, stand up, put your shoes on, and walk out the door" She demanded "I don't have to" He shrugged.

Mason's mom walked over to the couch. "Mason. If you don't stand up and walk out of the door-" Mason cut her off "You'll what? Take me to dads? Go ahead! Take me to dads! I'd rather be there then with you!" Mason yelled "Don't you yell at me!" She yelled

Mac stood up with a scoff. She was going to walk away. "Did you just scoff at me?" Masons mom asked "Yea, so what?" Mac asked "Don't scoff at me" "you not my mother, h can scoff at you if I want" Mac said "See Mason, this is what happens when you hang out with people like her!" She yelled at Mason. "Don't say that! She's a gorgeous girl, she means the world to me!" Mason yelled at his mom

Despite the situation, Macs heart melted. "Go to the car! I don't wanna hear a word from you!" She yelled again. Mason was about to give in but Mac spoke up. "Leave him alone! He didn't do anything!" Mac yelled at Masons mom "I'm not gonna leave him alone! He's my son, I raised him!" She yelled back.

"Oh just because you raised him doesn't give you the right to control his every move!" Mac yelled "He's his own person! Not yours, he controls his every move! Not you!" Mac yelled

His mom scuffed before walking out the door. Her car started and Mac seen the car drive away. "Asshole" Mac whisper and looked over at Mason. "Hey, you okay?" Mac asked going over to Mason "I- I'm okay" Mason said. Mac pulled Mason into a hug "You sure?" Mac whispered in his ear "Mhm, yea." Mason nodded. "Okay" Mac kissed Masons cheek, hugging him tighter.

Also, in my keyboarding class, my fourth period- we went down to the gym for the last half after lunch- and on my way to ss- fifth period- I realized I forgot my lunchbox in the gym- but me and my bestie came and got it with me.
