Off's P.O.V.
Gun told me everything about his problem with my mom. Honestly I don't know what to say about this... I just feel so bad for him yet I can't just go totally against my mom. I know that my mom tends to cross the line very often. But at the end of the day she's the one who gave me birth and raised me. I just hope that her doings won't draw a line between us.
“Hey Off why are you looking so tensed?" Tay said and sat besides me.
“Well you saw what mom did earlier."
“I saw it but you know that she's like this, don't you?"
“I know but I didn't wanted Gun to know. Now I know that my mom did wrong to him, I feel so guilty. You know that I rarely connect with people. Now when I have made one it got problems."
“Hey Off, I think that you are overthinking. All the people who are really close to you are in a bad term with your mom. It's nothing new. Don't overthink the matter. If he truly considers you as his friend, nothing will change between you guys."
“I hope so..."
Suddenly my phone started ringing so Tay answered it and gave it to me.
“Hello?"
“Hey Off!"
“Yes Gun?"
“Sorry that I'm bothering you again. But I need to talk to you about Tay and New."
“Well Tay is sitting besides me, is that okay?"
“That's better! Put the phone on speaker."
“Hmm."
“Hey Tay! You bloody goddamn idiot!"
“Huh?! What have I done? Why are you cursing me!?"
“Yeah yeah pretend like you haven't done anything. Didn't you kissed New when you were drunk in that night?!"
“Oh that... Well I wasn't conscious enough at that time... So I just... I'm so sorry for that."
“Enough Tay. No sorry us taken from me. You need to talk it out with New. You bloody coward haven't even talked to him yet. Tay it's been three days already. Are you waiting for New to kill me or what?!"
“Well I'm trying to... It's not that easy as you think Gun... What if you kiss Off and then you gotta apologize to him because you didn't cared about him consent? Is it that easy?"
“It sure is. If I had did that, I'd apologize right at the moment when I'm back to my senses. You couldn't cause you are a freaking coward. Tay tomorrow I'm bringing New in the park with me and I swear that if you don't fix things I'm gonna commit arson at your house."
“Um fine... "
“Good. Okay Off I'm gonna hang up now. Please make sure that Tay doesn't chicken outs tomorrow."
“Hmm. Good night Gun..."
“Good night Off. Sleep tight and see me in your dreams."
“Huh?"
“See you tomorrow!" Gun said and hung up. Honestly I have been noticing that since he explained me everything about his problem with my mom, he has changed a bit. Instead of being cold towards me, he is being more sweet. Not sweet exactly but he's saying things which makes me feel weirdly good.
“Off..."
“Hmm?"
“How should I apologize to him?"
