Ambulances, Police cars and even reporters arrived to the school within less than ten minutes, Miguel had been taken away as fast as they could to the hospital and Hawk was left wandering in the school, he didn't wander much though because as soon as he set foot in the second floor his gaze was set in two paramedics at both sides of a brunette. And suddenly Hawk felt he couldn't breathe.

Halley LaRusso was laying in the cold floor of the school, slipping in and out of consciousness, and Hawk felt guilty, because, he had seen her struggling earlier and he did nothing about it, he saw Angela coming at her and he turned the blind eye and now that were the consequences of his own pride

By the time Daniel walked into Halley's hospital room, she was finally stabilized and awake but the light in the room was killing her

"Halley" Daniel whispered and she opened one eye to greet him "How are you feeling?"

"Like crap" she groaned out and opened both of her eyes to get a good look at her uncle "How's Sam?" she had lost sight of Sam during pretty much all of the fight and she was terrified that she ended up even worse than herself

"She's.... gonna be fine" said the older man without knowing how to describe the state of his daughter "Physically she's just very bruised and the doctors say she'll be discharged tomorrow at the latest" Halley nodded, immediately regretting it as a wave of dizziness hit her and a headache settled itself into her head

"Damn it" she mumbled

"Maybe you shouldn't do harsh movements" he grabbed her head and laid her back gently into the bed "The doctors said you have a grade 2 concussion" Halley refrained from nodding again and just hummed

"My parents?" the only think she wanted at the moment was a hug from her mom and she wasn't even there

"We already called them, they'll be here in three days" Daniel winced slightly, he had tried arguing with his brother to come faster but the other man had argue back about some things they had to settle before going back to the Valley

"Great" she murmured

"Mr. LaRusso?" one of the doctors called him from outside the room

"I'll be back in a while, Halley" he squeezed her hand and walked out of the room. As soon as he did the young girl let out a shaky sigh and a tear left her eye, she felt so exhausted, so defeated, so weak. She felt as if she was all alone, there was only one other time when she felt like that, and there was a common factor in common between the two times

Erick West

Every time he appeared in her life he ruined everything, just the thought of ever having to see him again terrified her. She had gotten over him, she was over the fear she felt towards him and all it took was one day for it to all come back. Halley didn't even care about Angela, truly, all that it was in her mind when she pictured her was anger but the mere thought of Erick made her body shiver because want it or not he still had an effect of her and she had tried for so long to not let him affect her life and her mind but apparently she wasn't strong enough, at least not on her own

Hello, hello

And with this chapter I happily announce that season 2 is officially over. I know this was short but I really want to leave something for the chapters to come, season 3 is gonna be very angsty with all Halley has to deal with.

Also, thankfully I've never been in an abusive relationships so the plot about Halley and Erick is completely based of in the research I've made mixed with scenes that I've seen in movies and films so if you feel something is not accurate or insensitive PLEASE tell me so I can correct it because the last thing I want to do is missinform or invalidate the real experiences people have
