Athena felt uneasy as she traveled alongside the group in the late morning. Probably due to the fact that they had a brown bear, the female ranger was playfully petting and the large goliath, Grog, as part of the group. If they were to betray her, she felt like she could take on the rest of the group. Those two would pose a bit of trouble. Athena was sure that if she manages to hit the goliath that he would probably just laugh it off before slicing her in half with his large battle axe. She did not want to be on the receiving end of that.

Ironically, the person that she trusted the most was Scanlan despite his lewd behavior. He was also the least dangerous of the group. Despite him watching her closely as they walk along the path, Athena also didn't mind the male half-elf. He was the one to suggest this alliance. She still wasn't sure why because she gave them the map. They could have gone there on their own. She didn't think she would add many benefits to the group in the upcoming fit escape as a body shield. But he and the half-elf ranger, she felt, could have easily slipped in killed a few if needed, and gone away with a good chunk of money. Athena could have possibly slipped and killed Maxwell, but not to the efficiency that those two had.

"So..." the druid spoke up. She hated walking in silence. "Since we are about to charge into battle, it would be nice to know your name...that way we can be more effective as a team."

Athena remained quiet. Not because she really cared that they knew her name, but because it was foreign to say it out loud. It was a past life where she spoke her name.

"I'm Keyleth of the Air Ashari," the druid said, hoping to break up the awkward tension. Athena weighed the question in her mind.

"Ath—Athena," she responded, shuttering her name a bit, looking back at Keyleth smiled at her response. Her shutter though did not go unnoticed by the rogue as well his sister.

"Like the character from that fantasy book. She was like the goddess of wisdom, right?" the human male recalled from his readings back in Whitestone. That was also another life for him.

"I suppose, I'm not sure who named me and why," she answered honestly. She didn't really think of names having reasons but she did know of the book that he mentioned. His eyes seemed to soften at her answer. She was an orphan, he determined, kind of like how he was now.

"I'm Percival Fredrickstein von Musel Klossowski de Rolo III. For your sake, you can just call me Percy. You already seem to know Scanlan, but I'm sure the rise of my friends will be more than willing to introduce themselves," he said looking back to the rest of the group, silently nudging them to do so out of politeness.

The white-hair gnome walked forward a bit more.
"Hello, I'm Pike and the big doofus behind me is Grog," she said.

"Yeah, I'm a doofus!" Grog exclaimed. This caused a chuckle from Athena. Grog bent down to Scanlan's level, "What's a doofus Scanlan?" he asked making a motion and trying to whisper it but it was loud enough for her to hear it.

"It just means that you are lovable Grog. Don't worry about it too much," Athena answered. This answer seemed to please Grog as a big smile went across his face.

"You hear that Scanlan, I'm lovable, a doofus," he proudly said.

"Yes big guy, you sure are," Scanlan responded back with a slight smirk.

Athena looked towards the remaining half-elves since they were doing this introduction circle thing. The male rogue's eyes fell soft upon her look of pure curiosity. Everyone else had done it so they might as well too.
