Sheldon x Leonard (TBBT FanFiction)

Chapter 10.

Leonard's POV:

As Leonard saw Sheldon running, he felt something leave him, it hurts.

Penny: What was his deal! Are you okay?

Leonard couldn't respond. He didn't know if he did the right thing.

He's trying to reassure himself that "Sheldon shouldn't be kissing him, it's fine, he will get back in place soon."

Well, he thought wrong.

Sheldon wouldn't get back in place so quickly, like Leonard hoped.

Sheldon's POV:

The further he went, the more he cried.

He cried silently, you couldn't even hear him.

But damn he was crying.

And Sheldon, Sheldon, crying, isn't that.. weird?

Sheldon never cries! (Well, maybe in TBBT 🤫.. but only a couple of tears.)

He wasn't just crying, he was crying, silently, he wasn't disturbing anyone. (Except himself..)

He got to his room, and closed the door.

He finally let out a breath as he was still crying.

He goes the the side of his bed, sits on the floor, curls up in a ball, and continues crying quietly.

He stayed in his room all night. He didn't sleep, but he did have crying breaks.

Sometimes he'd stop crying, then he thought of Leonard, and restarted crying.

Things weren't going good.

Leonard's POV:

*The next morning.*

As he woke up, he thought of checking up on Sheldon, he didn't last night, he didn't want to overwhelm him again.

He should go check up on him.. he's gonna be late for work.

*knock knock*

Leonard: Sheldon.? Can I come in.

No response.

Sheldon finally fell asleep.

Leonard knew he was at least doing something important, or just straight up sleeping.

So, he let him take the day off.

*At work*

Leonard walks in the cafeteria and sees Koothrappali and Wolowitz.

He walks over to them with his food, and sits down with them.

Raj: Hey Leonard! Where's Sheldon?

Howard: Who cares, do we really want him here?

He said jokingly.

Leonard: Well.. something came up.. he stayed home.

Sheldon, Sheldon Cooper, staying home on a work day?!

Howard: What's up with him?

Leonard obviously didn't want to say what happened. He was still questioning his sexuality, he enjoyed kissing Sheldon, Leonard had a gay crisis.

Leonard hesitated, but ended saying a small part of the problem.

Leonard: Well.. he kinda had ran to his room "crying", and I didn't want to disturb him this morning. So I let him alone and left for work.
