YN is sitting in his study in front of the fire. Johanas is at his feet and Velvet is at his desk with a laptop open.
YN: Is all set?
Velvet: Yup.
YN: Formal letterhead?
Velvet: Yup.
YN: Wonderful, then I shall start.
To the attention of my students, there is an exposition being held in Atlas in twenty days time, and you are going to be in attendance. As this is to be a formal event, you are to pack both your cadet uniform, and your parade uniform. As there is to be a dinner gala, if you wish to attend, and I surely advise that you do, you are to purchase a full mess uniform, the pattern for which is included. And in all regards keep your leather gear polished and your brass shining, as while we are a new program, we are the successors to the Grand National Officer Academy. And as such we are to display ourselves in the best possible way.

Velvet: GCV?
YN: Grand Cross of Vale, or rather in my case, the Knight Commander of the Grand Cross of Vale, it is the highest decoration I have been awarded and it is to be featured on all official documentation.
Velvet: Impressive, and do you wish to sign it before it is sent out?
YN: Yes, it is proper for a signature to be both printed and written.
Velvet then prints out the document and YN signs it, he also attaches a sewing pattern for the mess dress uniform and has them copied and sent out to all the concerned parties.
YN: Now please prepare for another letter
Velvet: To whom?
YN: Willow Schnee.
Velvet sits back down at the computer and YN starts
YN: To my dearest friend Willow, I am going to be in Atlas at the end of the month with my wife and new child and we would be most glad to have an audience while we are there. As you can probably presume, I am going to be visiting the military exposition with my students for the purposes of their education and the hopeful creation of an armed force for Vale.
With all being said, I hope that this will be the opportunity for us to mutually benefit from as was considered before.

Velvet then prints it out and YN signs it and then seals the envelope with a wax seal.
YN then goes over to the phone and calls Coco.
YN: Coco, I need you to make me a new uniform, I have the sewing pattern so it shouldn't take too long, I also want you to make a new gown for Glynda, for that one, the design is to be your choice.
Coco: Sure, when do you need them?
YN: In fourteen days, the fabric can be bought in town.
Coco: Oum, it'll cost ya.
YN: How much?
Coco: Two thousand.
YN: Done, but one thousand now, the rest when done.
Coco: Deal, who should I measure first?
YN: Glynda, we'll be in my study in fifteen minutes, please gather your things and meet us there.
Coco: Will do.
YN then hangs up the phone and goes to Glynda.
YN: Darling, there is to be a gala at Atlas, it will be the first time that I get to wear my mess uniform and I have commissioned a new ball gown for you.
