YN and his students, along with Glynda, and of course, Michael and Johanas.
YN: Cadets, today we set out to attend an exposition on military technology and theory. We stand here as the last vestige of the Grand Army of Vale, and Oum willing, we will start it again. The Grand Army has a long and distinguished history of fighting and honorable service. I expect each and every one of you to live up to those values and not dishonor your country.
Before we set off today, I wish to award each of you with two medals, one is for your current service, the other is for participating in our prior campaign.
Wear them with pride, you have earned them.
Oh and remember, wear the ribbon bar on the service uniform and the full ribbon on the full dress uniform and mess dress uniform.
That is all.
YN then opens up a bag and hands each member of RWBY and JNPR their two medals, and their train tickets.
Ruby: Huh, these medals are pretty neat looking.
Yang: They'll look pretty good on our uniforms!
Blake: I have to agree, what do you think Weiss.
Weiss: I've got two medals!
Ruby: You sure have, you seem pretty happy.
Weiss: Happy? I'm ecstatic!
Yang: Why, they're just a bit of cloth and tin?
Weiss: My sister has been serving in the Atlesian military for years now, she only has one decoration. For once I'm ahead of her in something!
Station master: Train 956 to Vytal now boarding, train 956 to Vytal now boarding.
Glynda: Honey, that's our train. I've got Michael.
YN: I guess I'll get the bags then. Alright everyone, we are in carriage 3, so let's board and then we can settle in.
They then board the train, and drop off their luggage in their cabins before heading to the carriage's common room to converse and relax.
YN: We should have a few hours before we arrive, and from there we'll be boarding the ferry to Solitas and then the Bullheads to Atlas. So in the meantime, relax and enjoy yourselves. I have some paperwork that needs doing, so if you need me I'll be in my cabin.
Nora: So what's YN like?
Weiss: What do you mean, you know him.
Pyrrha: What's he like as a person, we've only seen him as a teacher.
Nora: Does he act different around the house, is he the same, spill the beans!
Ruby: He's, pretty much the same.
Yang: Sure, except when he's with Glynda.
Pyrrha: How so?
Weiss: He's incredibly passionate.
Yang: They can't keep their hands off each other.
Weiss: YANG!
Yang: I bet when YN said he was going to do paperwork, paperwork means Glynda.
Weiss: Yang, please stop talking.
