The halls of Hogwarts were echoing with both exciting squeals and sounds of disappointment as students ran around with their friends after either being asked to the ball or denied. Blair walked with Terry who had been officially asked by most girls in Slytherin and Hufflepuff. Apparently no one could spot that Terry swung for the other team.

Blair was glared at often for clearly stealing the boy from them. But Blair only ignored it, thinking it was ridiculous as ever that no one could spot the slight flair that Terry spoke or the attitude he displayed whenever he walked past Zion. Not to mention the heart eyes he had for a few Slytherins and Hufflepuffs.

"I'm just shocked that neither of the twins have asked you. Think they know you got sweeper up by Neville?" Terry questioned as they walked towards the courtyard to inspect the grounds further. Blair rolled her eyes at her friends, shaking her head at him.

"Think they just don't want to go with me. Which is fine, I'm only going for you." She admitted simply. Terry placed his hand over his heart in shock.

"So it is true! You did steal me from the potential lovers I could have!! How could you, Blair Bear??" Terry exclaimed in a dramatic way. You would honestly think he was born from Sirius Black's DNA with how similar he was to him. In more ways than one.

"You're such an idiot." Blair laughed, shoving him slightly as her cousin came around the corner. The blonde haired boy sent a ghost of a smile to his older cousin before letting the scowl crawl back into place.

"Longbottom? Really? Here I thought you'd be taken by a Weasley with how they hang around you like a flock of rabbits." Draco sneered. Blair raised her eyebrow, about to respond when Terry jumped in.

"Actually it's a Fluffle..." Draco turned his cold eyes to look at the brunette boy next to his cousin in confusion. "A group of rabbits..it's a fluffle not a flock. Flock is more so for sheep or goats, maybe even birds unless it's ravens, that's an unkindness." Blair squeezed the smile that was forcing its way out tightly, trying not to laugh as Draco blinked as he processed what Terry was ranting about.

"I-" Draco started but chose against it, closing his mouth into a thin line. He wasn't sure how to even respond to the boy. His eyes pulled to Blair who he rolled his eyes at when he had seen the laughter breaking from her softly. "So what is it then? Those idiot Weasley's not like you enough? Or did they just not have the guts to ask you?" He asked, changing the subject from the weird lesson. Blair shrugged her shoulders.

"I think Fred was eyeing that girl in Gryffindor the other day, what was her name? Angelina? Not that it bothers me any. Neville asked me and I accepted, it's not as if it was a date. Just someone to dance with guaranteed." Blair explained. Draco frowned.

"I'm sure most of Slytherin would jump to dance with my cousin. Didn't need to lower yourself to that level."

"Well, I believe Harry still needs a date." Blair said out loud in thought. "And he is your cousin as well." Draco glared in frustration at being reminded that he was related to the Potter boy he had grown to dislike greatly.
