I looked up at Sam to see him crying. He was trying to calm down so he could focus on the road but he couldn't. I looked back down again to see she stopped breathing. "SAM SHE'S NOT BREATHING." I screamed through my tears. Sam pulled over on the side of the road and ran over to the passenger side. He whipped open the door, picked up Echo, layed her down on the road, and started CPR. This was probably the scariest moment of my life. The person I loved with my whole heart just stopped breathing. I ran out and fell to my knees beside them. I placed my left hand on top of her head and started running my fingers through her hair. "PLEASE ECHO. PLEASE BREATHE. PLEASE." I choked out through my sobs. "PLEASE. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. I CANT LOSE YOU." I quickly whipped out my phone and dialed 911 putting them on speaker and putting my hands back to their original positions.

"911 what's your emergency?"

"HELP MY GIRLFRIEND ISNT BREATHING."
My voice was becoming sore from all the yelling and crying.

"What is your name sir?"

"COLE BROCK NOW PLEASE SEND AN AMBULANCE."

"An ambulance is on the way. What is your girlfriend's name?"

"ECHO REA MATHEWS."
I yelled at the phone.

"Sir you need to calm down. Do you know CPR?"

"No but my friend is doing it on her right now." I said a little calmer.

"Help is on the way."

I hung up. I didn't want help on the way. I wanted help here. Right now. I wanted my girlfriend to breath again. I wanted the sparkle in her eyes to come back. I wanted her beautiful smile plastered on her face. I wanted to see her happy.
Finally, I heard the sirens coming. And ambulance pulled up and three people rushed out. They put Echo on a stretcher and stuck her in the back of an ambulance. I rode in the back of the ambulance with Echo while Sam drove the car behind us. I grabbed onto her hand while they continued CPR. Finally, I heard her gasp for air. Her eyes weren't open but she was breathing.
