Jaehyun was on his room listening to music when there was a knock on his door. The door opened and his mother was standing in the door frame. "Can you come downstairs? We have to talk." Jaehyun nodded and got up from his bed. He followed his mom downstairs and saw that his father and brother were sitting in the living room

"We have to talk about this. You know that me, your father and brother accept you, but we have to talk about the rest of the family. I'm sure your aunt and cousins would understand, but your grandparents are old, they didn't grow up with this. They'll still see you as just Jaehyun." Arielle explained. "I'll stay just Jaehyun for grandma and grandpa, but I will change my gender infront of the rest of my family. And if they don't accept that, then it's on them." Jaehyun responded. Jaehyun got up from the couch and went back to his room. He closed the door behind him and sighed in relief. He was glad that his family accepted him and he was glad he had friends who accepted. Jaehyun sat on his bed and got a notification on his phone. It was from Johnny.
