Sky groaned as his pen decided to give up on him halfway through writing down his notes.

He reached out for his stationary pouch for a new pen but all the pens in it were empty.

He needs to buy new refills.

And project sheets.

And glue.

And green, blue and white paints.

And groceries.

His mind listed down the things he need to buy.

Ever since his first semester began, his life schedule has gone haywire.

His sleeping schedule has become non-existent.

His eating habits have worsened. They have gone from having the perfect three meals with the perfect amount of protein and fiber to passing each day on a few packets of cup noodles on daily basis.

Ninety percent of his time is consumed by University work.

He had arched out a schedule for himself but he didn't think the first year would have so much work plus the extra activities so it was near impossible to follow the plan.

He really needed a new schedule to get things in order.

He made up his mind to first go out for stationary and grocery shopping and then he would sit down and devote at least half an hour to the timetable.

He picked up his phone and texted his Hia.

Me:
Are you free rn?

Hia🤎:
Sorry lil' one, I'm not
I have a meeting in ten minutes

Me:
It's okay

Hia🤎:
Is it something important?

Me:
Nah
I'm out of stationery and groceries so I was thinking if you can join me

Hia🤎:
Can it wait till evening?
We'll go together and also have dinner

Me:
It's fine hia
I'll go rn, don't worry
And I'm up for the dinner part😁

Hia🤎:
Okay then I'll pick you up by 7

Sky stared at his phone thinking about the sudden change in his hia.

He's been like that since last week.

Asks about rain and when sky asks why he just changes the topic.
