Chapter 4 : you are okey with me

Next day
Jiwoo was in her way to bus station listening to music and drinking strawberry milk

Until someone stopped her grabbing her backpack

She turned around so fast it was jake behind her he was smiling

" you scared me hyung " she smiled back at him

" let me carry your bag it seems heavy " he carried her bag no waiting for her response

" but I'm okey with it " he ignore her walking leaving her behind

She run a bit till she was walking with him

They finally arrived to bus station the bus was already there

They enter together sitting next each other

jiwoo was sitting next to window and jake next to her 

" oh before I forget " she said that before hand him something

It was handmade bracelet

" is this for me ? " he smiled looking at the bracelet in his hands

" yes I made it for you " she said that with smile

He looked at her and smiled back

" what is the reason for it " he wear the bracelet on his hands

" no reason I felt bored last night I decided to made this I also made one for myself " she showed him the same bracelet on her hands

He put his hand next to her looking at their matching bracelet

" thank you jiwoo I won't take it off " he said promising her

" as you should " she smirked making him smiling at her

She is already infront of her school door she took deep breath and entered

she didn't saw the bullies anywhere what make her feel a bit comfortable

The whole school day was okey without her bullies annoying her

School day ended she was on her way to go outside then she notice her bullies waiting for her

She took sigh ready for the bad thing

Out of sudden someone appears infront of the school door

It was jake he looked like he was running

she run to him her bullies were just watching her she grabbed jake arm

" hyung why are you here ?" She asked nervously

" yah kang jiwoo is that your sugar daddy " one of the bullies come closer to her and put her hands on jiwoo shoulder

" don't touch me "
Jiwoo. Just took off that girl hands from her shoulder

Jake gave her death stare after he realised who the girl next to jiwoo

" Kim yerim , jung jihoon, lee sora " he read the bullies name

They became nervous when he came closer to them

"I will ask you for favor is it okey ?" He fake smiled to them which made them more nervous

" what do you want ?" Yerim rised her voice trying to act strong

" if I saw you around jiwoo again I won't tell your parents or teacher I will just kill you " he said that keeping smile on his face

Jiwoo just looked him in shock she didn't expect him to say that

They felt scared they bowed and apologised to jiwoo and run away from them

Jake looked at jiwoo she was confused and surprised by his action

He just smiled and put his arm around her shoulder

" do you want ramyeon Kang jiwoo hyung will buy you anything you want "

She just nodded without giving him response

They both were eating ramyeon at the convenience store jiwoo was silent the whole time

Jake was taking glances at her waiting for her to speak

Suddenly she started crying he didn't expect to her he looked at her closer to see if she is really crying

" what is this why are you crying ?" He worried about her

" ramyeon is so spicy " she said and food still in her mouth

He stayed silent of moment then he started laughing at her

" yah why are you laughing it really spicy " she said smacking his back

" I'm sorry but the ramyeon isn't spicy flavour " he pointed at the ramyeon she is eating

She looked at the cup of ramyeon realized the flavour wasn't spicy

She looked away and wiped her tears feeling embarrassed

" it's okey you can cry if you want also my shoulder is free you can use it " he said that without looking at her

She turned around and saw him looking away so she can cry comfortably

She hugged his arm and stared crying he just patted her back without looking at her using his free hands

They were walking together it was already night jiwoo was drinking strawberry milk

She was done with crying her eyes were a bit red from crying

" thank you " she said breaking the silence

" for what " he wanted to tease her

" for everything " she said that looking at him

He stopped and looked at her she stopped to And faced him

He hugged her she was just froze when he did that
He patted her head

" it was hard to handle all of that now you are okey "

After he said that she started crying again she taught she is strong handling all of that alone

But she was still kid to handle it for 3 years her only friend from middle school started bullying her for no reason

The only one friend she trusted betrayed her only because she wanted to be popular

Jake words made her feel weak but also comfortable she was waiting for those words for so long
