desire stayed up all night due to her anxiety which wasn't going away, edot tried helping but it just got worsened.
she locked herself in her room for hours and cried, all she wanted was her mom.
she didn't get why she had to go through all of this pain at a young age and why did it happen to her. She was angry.
She cried and let her anger out until she put herself to sleep.
sooner later she woke up and looked at pitch darkness and thought in silence.
she grabbed her phone checking the timing seeing it was now 4:10 am and she wondered why did she wake up so early.
she sat up and searched her bed for her led remote until she found it putting it on red low lights.
she soon heard her phone ringing making her look at it.
"why the-" "hello"
"what you doin, why you so late" ddot spoke.
"Because" she yawned scratching her eye.
"I jus woke up" she put her face in the camera.
"We gotta talk desi I'm finna come get you" he yawned.
"Talk about wha" she sighed getting out of bed.
"Im finna come get you desire" he spoke and hung up.
"the f- aii cause his ass finna kill me" sighed getting out of bed.
she brushed her teeth first because she hated wakin up with a stanky breath.
She put on some black leggings and black long sleeve that showed her belly.
she knew ddot would be there in a hurry so she had to hurry.
she looked at her dunks, then looked at her nike slides and smiled. She wasn't gonna wear the dunks anyways .
She slid them on and grabbed her tote bag.
"I don't even wear purses" she mumbled to herself putting them items she need in it.
she grabbed her Glock. Then her lip gloss with her headphones and pads because she was on her period.
she sprayed a little perfume down her body and grabbed the picture of her and her mom putting it in her purse before walking out her room.
she ran downstairs seeing dudey edot and Roscoe getting high.
"Where you think you goin at this time of night?" Edot asked.
"outside, ya need to stop smoking I think that's enough"desire coughed waving her hand in front of the smoke.
"You goin where?" He asked again.
"somewhere you not, do I asked where you be going when you don't come back home for two days?" She mugged him and he mugged her.
"I'm grown, I can do that" he pointed to himself.
"I'm grown too Elijah" she mocked hin and the boys laughed.
"bad ass little girl" edot shook his head passin dudey the spliff they rolled.
desire checked her purse for a spliff and luckily she found one.
Her phone rung and she knew it was ddot so she fixed herself in the living room mirror and fixed her chain.
"24k gold bitch" she mumbled looking at her chain edot brought her.
"ight ya I'm out safety" she opened the door.
"safety desi" the boys said in sync as she walked out of the home.
she walked towards the door and it opened to her seeing a boy she knew, he lived upstairs from edot and her so they'd say hey and bye.
"Wsp desire" the boy dabbed her up.
"Was good kai" she shook him up.
"You think it's too late to be out on these streets gang" he walked up the stairs.
"I'm good kai I got it on me" she informed him and he nodded.
"Saftey" he said and she nodded walking out the building.
she spotted ddot in a black car and she walked up to it and jumped in the passenger seat.
"supp kidd" she spoke with a low energy smile.
"Wassup des" he responded as she put her seatbelt on.
"you know you too young to be driving." She said and they pulled off.
"what? I- I'm grown aii" he playfully mugged her and she giggled.
"so where we going" she asked looking out of the window.
"where you wanna go" he looked at her then back to driving.
"what? why would you tell me to come with you and we don't have anywhere to go" she rolled her eyes shaking her head.
"What do you mean?"he chuckled as they stopped at a red light.
"Darrian where we goin"she stale faced him.
"You can see on the way there" he drove and she nodded.
Comfortable silence filled the car and she looked out the window through the drive forgetting she had a phone.
"you hungry" ddot broke the silence.
desire thought about how she hadn't ate in days, probably weeks but she never spoke on it because nobody noticed.
"nah, I'm not hungry" she shrugged looking out the window.
ddot noticed she has never really ate around him, he thought it was a bit suspicious.
"well we can at least go get some" he shrugged.
"what you wanna eat then" she faced him.
"checkers" he shrugged and she gagged making him snap his neck towards her.
"desire you don't like checkers?" He mugged her.
"nah it ain't even that, I'm just not hungry" she sat back and he laughed.
"we gone go anyways" he shook his head and she sighed loudly.
"bro- "desire stop callin me ya bro" he cut her off.
"so what you want me to call you? daddy?" she turned his way.
his eyebrows furrowed and he turned his head towards her.
"what?" She giggled and he chuckled nervously.
"freaky ass" he shook his head.
"you know itt" she laughed and he shook his head.
He loved too much of her vibe. he loved her.
