If you notice that Delia and Claire are young that's because they were both 18 when they died (one of them may have been 19?). Jo is 25. Witches do stop aging for the most part though.
Jo - Synnove Karlsen - she isn't supposed to be an instagram model/I HATEEEE when people do that to characters. Give me crooked teeth and textured skin - a chin that isn't pronounced. I recommend you watch Synnove in The Clique (just season 1).
