3rd person pov

"Oh good! You're awake!" Natty spoke as Rath walked down the stairs
"Hm? Did you need something?"
"I heard about something you mentioned in passing. Something about needing mine and Poppy's advice?"
"I... not now. Maybe later."

Rath turned and walked out of the common room, face red as a tomato. Why? She couldn't explain it.

"Let's just meet Sebastian and talk to him."

"Oh hey Rath over here!" She heard as she approached the stairs to go down

She looked to her left, spying Sebastian waving at her down the hall, trying to get her attention.

"I said-"
"I know what you said but I just wanted to check up on you. After all you're one of my best friends right?" Sebastian asked

Rath rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.

"Yeah yeah I know. Can this wait? I have something I need to do?"
"Can you just have a minute and walk with me?"
"Where to?"
"You'll see..."

Meanwhile...

Sebastian pov

"And then I told her... not even a romantic way of doing it huh Anne?" I asked my twin sister
"And she showed you what happened? Sebastian... why? Why did she show you?"
"Because I'm the only person she trusts aside from Professor Fig. I'm all she has aside from her siblings."
"I never thought Riker was-"
"I know. I thought the same thing. Didn't even know he was into Ominis either."
"Wait he what?"
"Oh right I didn't mention that but-"
"Never mind I regret asking. You should just talk to her... I'm sure she's probably thinking the same thing."
"How do you know that? Surely she's just confused."
"Like you said... her feelings are complicated because she's never felt this way. Just be by her side. I'm sure she'll come around Sebastian."

Anne put a hand to my cheek as Uncle Solomon walked in, looking at the two of us.

"I thought I said-"
"I know Uncle Solomon. I'm leaving now." I said brushing past him
"Good riddance to you Sebastian... and don't come back."

Meanwhile...

Rath pov

I followed Sebastian as he lead me down a path by the Owlery, down to a beach just down by the lake.

"Come on! Not much farther."
"Where are we going?"
"It's a surprise." He answered

"Surely it's a good surprise right?"

Back at Hogwarts...

Sebastian pov

"Oh hey there Sebastian." I heard behind me

I turned to see Percy, Rath's other brother standing by the doors to get inside.

"How was your time with my sister? Surely you didn't leave her hanging did you?" He joked
"What? I've been in Feldcroft. What are you talking about?"
"No you haven't. Bell and I saw you walking her down to-"
"Oh no..."

I ran past him, going to the right and past the flying class I would have to take soon.

"Wait Sebastian hold on!" He spoke

Rath pov

"How much farther?"
"Not much. It's a pretty private place. Maybe just for us?"
"Y-yeah! Definitely!"
