"Have I told you how darn
cute you look today?"

"I'm not cute."

"You are, stop lying.
My daughter can hear you,
I don't want her to think that
her mom is a liar."

"If you're really going to try this,
then I think you're the liar
here for calling me cute-"

But Chan wasn't able to finish
his answer as his alpha placed a
soft peck on his lips to shut him up.

"You're cute, accept it."

It wasn't like Felix hadn't seen
his mate in a cropped black hoodie
before and a year ago he'd have
chosen the adjective 'hot' instead
of 'cute' when the older male
would put his abs on display.

But now Chan was spotting an
adorable round four months baby
bump and the word cute was
definitely more fitting.

"And you're pretty annoying."

"Well, you love me.
Sucks to be you, I guess."

Felix giggled and stuck his tongue out,
showing off his silver tongue piercing.

"Now let's go, the popcorn
will turn cold. Have you
decided on a movie yet?"

"Frozen two."

"Really? I thought you really
wanted to watch Free Guy again?"

"The princess wants what she wants
and she gets what she wants."

The omega chuckled shyly as he
placed his hand on his belly,
caressing his baby bump gently.

"Always. Reason why I prepared
some pickles and honey for you too.
She's so spoiled already."

But it definitely wasn't meant in
a bad way, both knew that they'd do
anything for their little daughter.

The couple made themselves
comfortable on their couch, Felix
bundled up in his blanket with his
head resting on his mate's chest
while Chan had all his snack bowls
right beside him so everyone could
do their part of keeping their
little girl happy.

Snacks and cuddles, the magical
combination that always worked.

"Is she awake?"

"I'm not sure, I don't think she's
sleeping but she's pretty calm right
now. Maybe she's just waiting for
Elsa to start singing so she can do
her little dances in there."

Chan chuckled when his mate placed
his hand on the older's baby bump,
waiting for a reaction from
their child.

"I'm waiting then.
Daddy will wait for you, princess."

The alpha smiled and placed a soft
kiss on his mate's belly before he
pulled his blanket over the baby
bump and cuddled closer to Chan.

Felix had always been the more
cuddly one out of the two despite
being an alpha but truth to be told,
he couldn't care less about all
those people still stuck in a
traditional mindset.

He loved cuddles and he'd always
search for his mate's closeness
to feel comfortable.

But despite his alpha's sweet persona,
Chan knew that Felix would literally
do anything to protect his family.

"Told you. The moment Elsa
starts singing, she's up. Maybe
we should think about
naming her Elsa."

The omega chuckled as he started
to play with Felix's long blonde hair,
occasionally scratching the
bases of his fluffy ears.

But the younger male was too
busy playing with his daughter.

She was kicking her tiny legs in
excitement against her daddy's
palm, not quite caring if it might
be uncomfortable for her
poor mommy.

"Gently, princess. You gotta live
in there for another four months,
don't damage your furnishings."

"You're so weird sometimes, Lix."

Chan giggled but winced when
their daughter placed another kick
directly against his belly button.

She was definitely quite strong for
only five months and sometimes it
left her mommy wondering how
much stronger she'd get the next
few months before she'd be born.

"How's the popcorn?"

"Perfect, it goes really well
with my pickles."

And Felix knew better than
to comment on this weird
food combination.

If this was what made his mate
and their daughter happy, so be it.

And he wouldn't put his cuddles
at risk, he knew how fast Chan's
mood could change lately thanks
to the pregnancy.

So he only smiled as he snuggled
closer to his omega and rubbed
his cheek against the older's
chest in contentment.

"You're cute, Lix."

"You're the cute one here,
we've already had this
discussion today."

"But that doesn't mean you're
not cute. Are you really going
to lie again right in front of our
daughter and my pickles?"

Chan chuckled when his alpha
only hit his shoulder lightly to
make him shut up.

"I'll do whatever is needed
to make the truth win."

"And what is the truth?"

"That our daughter is the cutest.
You can't deny that."

"You're probably right."

The omega smiled and pressed
a soft kiss right between his
mate's fluffy golden ears.

Of course she was the cutest,
she had two cute parents after all.
