Lena forces herself to get up.

Come on, Lena, pull yourself together, she thinks.

She pulls her clothes out of her dresser, puts them on, and hurries into the bathroom.

She squirts toothpaste onto her brush and scrubs her teeth. Splashing a bit of water on her face, she heads to the kitchen.

Pulling out a protein bar, she glances at the time. 7:50.

Lena pulls out her phone and opens the messages app.

Lena's thoughts flicker to her dream from last night.

She types,

"Ari, I had this weird dream last night."

Sent at 8:11 am.

Arya types back,

"Really? What was it?"

Sent at 8:13 am.

Lena explains her dream in a lengthy paragraph.

Ari types,

"That sounds weird, lol."

Sent at 8:23 am.

Lena's thoughts swirl around in her head.

She types,

"Yeah, it was."

Lena and Ari say goodbye.

The day goes by.

Ari looks at the time.

Time: 2:26 pm.

Ari runs to the kitchen, calling for her dog.

He runs to her, and she opens the fridge door, searching for a snack.

Time: 5:28 pm.

Arya Azael eats dinner.

Arya Azael plays on her computer.

Time: 8:30 pm.

Arya Azael gets ready for bed.

Arya Azael tries to sleep, but voices surround her, infiltrating her thoughts and taking over her mind.

"Wake up! Why won't you get up?" It sounded like Lena's voice.

"Oh my god, is she dead?" That was...Summer's voice.

"I told you this wasn't safe!"

Arya Azael ignores the voices. She must've been more tired than she thought.

Arya Azael gets up from bed, still hearing faded voices.

Arya Azael goes to the kitchen, and smiles at her sleeping dog.

Arya Azael gets a drink of water, and heads off to bed.

Arya Azael lays in bed, still hearing the voices. They're growing louder.

Arya Azael's vision goes white.
