A few months had passed since the first-floor boss fight, and Kirito and Y/n were doing a 1v1 battle as to who is the fastest. Y/n uses his dash attack skill, while Kirito uses his sharp nail skill, both swords clash making a huge wave of air until they both hear a girl screaming.
Kirito and Y/n both nodded and quickly ran toward the scream. When they went toward the screen they saw five party members being chased by a bunch of Vortioth.

Y/n didn't hesitate as he warp-strike at the Vortooth, while Kirito jump down and draw his sword to stab one of them. Y/n phase backward to dodge the attack from the Vortooth's poisonous claws, and then dash toward it with a thrust attack, killing the last Vortooth.
Kirito: "Are you guys alright?!"
???: "Yeah, thanks, you guys saved our butts."
