Momonga looked at Y/n with uncertainty as he held his hands together, "Albedo informed me of Shalltear's betrayal. It would seem that the guild's member function lists Shalltear as a 'deserter'."
"That doesn't explain how in heaven's fucks is she able to do that! Aren't our subjects suppose to have absolute loyalty to us?" Y/n crossed his arms in anger, his teeth grit with bloodlust.
"What if she's mind controlled? The fact that this world has skills and techniques that are fundamentally different than ours may mean someone is doing this." Momonga suggests.
A sigh escapes Y/n's mouth, "It doesn't matter we'll figure it out when the time comes. And when we find who or what, I'll kill them. I'll turn them into a paste. For now, let's return back to Nazarick." Y/n walks to the nearby door and opens it.

"Supreme Ones." Albedo bows down as Y/n and Momonga enter the tomb. Several other guardians of the tomb accompany Albedo. "As you have heard from me earlier, Shalltear has betrayed us."
"Did you investigate why?" Y/n asked Albedo with a booming voice. Fear is struck into the guardians as Y/n's effort to hide his anger is not controlled. His face is left dark by his position to the lighting, which makes the situation more urgent to resolve.
"U-uh... N-no Y/n-sama. We have not investigated the incident." Albedo hung her head low whilst her fellow guardians shiver in fear. "The betrayal became sudden as we had lost contact with Shalltears hours ago. Sebas and Epsilon were with her but they left for some intelligence gathering."
"And of her brides?" Y/n asked.
"They are dead," Albedo responded.
Y/n clicked his tongue. "Albedo, raise Nazarick's security to the maximum; protect the first 3 floors and have all monsters be used as meat shields to buy time in case a powerful opponent comes."
Albedo placed her hand on her chest; "Hai. Y/n-sama."
"Mhm." Hummed Y/n in satisfaction. "Momonga, it will be likely that the Adventurer's Guild will call its highest-ranking adventurers to come as they might sense Shalltear's presence. I want you to go and do something about it."
"As for me. I will correct Shalltear's behavior if it is by her will she did this or kill the bastard that caused this. Now that we have preparations, let's get this rolling."
The guardians and Momonga respond with a "Hai!".
'Considering Shalltear's power level, she is on par with Albedo and one of the guardians whose power is very close to limit-breaking and surpassing their original level cap from the game. If worst comes to worst I might have to use that."
