The Doctor is Pissed

  Saki stumbled out of the bar a few minutes after the fight, scaring civilians out of her path. Who would want to be near a blood-soaked girl with two swords at her side?

She collapsed to her bottom by an abandoned building and pulled out her den den mushi, dialling Law.

Blood surrounded her. Her vision was quickly becoming more and more blurry.

Law picked up immediately. "Saki-ya?"

Saki breathes heavily. "H-Hiya, Tra-chan."

"Where the hell are you?"

"U-Um, by some building, slowly bleeding out, I guess?" Saki coughs. "Ah, dammit." She was bleeding internally.

"Shit. I'm coming."

"Yeah...take your time..." Saki's eyes start to flutter shut. Everything was spinning. It was making her dizzy and lightheaded.

"Saki-ya! Keep your damn eyes open, dammit!!!" Law curses.

"T-Too much e-energy. I'll just s-sleep for a bit..." Saki slurs.

"Shit! Bepo-ya!! C'mon!!'

Saki faints, her head hitting the ground and her arm coincidentally knocking the den den mushi effectively hanging up.

Law is pissed. Absolutely pissed. Saki was literally on death's doorstep when he and Bepo found her bleeding out. She was slightly better now, with her wounds disinfected and stitched up, but she had lost a lot of blood. Too much. Whoever these assassins were, he hoped they were worse off. No, he knew they were, judging by the wad of cash covered in Saki's blood.

Nonetheless, he still wanted to beat the hell outta some people.

So, he went for a stroll.

He walked throughout town, looking for two bloodied and beaten-up people. He had no idea what they even looked like, but if they were hunting him, then he assumed they'd know why he was looking for them.

Speaking of, a girl and a boy, both looking very similar (assuming they were siblings), had spotted him and immediately turned tail. They looked pretty wounded, too. Really bad.

Saki had done well.

Law smirks sadistically. He was glad he brought his nodachi.

They screamed, they begged, they cried. But the doctor did not stop. He didn't have to do much seeing as they were already half-dead.

The girl had multiple deep slashes around her torso heavily bleeding, a broken nose and a bruised throat.

The boy was worse. Much worse. Bruising on his face, stomach, and chest. Stab wound on his thigh. Deep cuts, possibly from a dagger, on his arms. Burn marks everywhere, either from fire or an explosion. A massive slash on his shoulder. Blood caked on his head. A black eye. What made Law even more pissed, was how his wounds matched Saki's.

"How the hell are you alive." Law doesn't phrase it as a question.

Leo grimaces. "Milah doesn't take as much to take out, so of course she's alive."

Milah was unconscious again. Law had terrified her.

"And you? You should be dead."

"I should be. So should Saki. Is she?"

"No." Law rolls his eyes. "I have a feeling she's not gonna die until she is ready." Law glares at Leo. "On another note. Why the hell do you and Saki have almost identical injuries?"
