Atletico Madrid and Portugal Forward, João Fèlix, has just signed for the popular Premier League Team, Chelsea. The Portuguese star moves to Stamford Bridge for a six month deal and Chelsea officials are believed to of payed an €11 million loan and have agreed to cover 100% of his wages.
