also, a few headcanons for caine and pomni!:
-both are bisexual (caine has a preference for women, pomni leans a bit more towards men)
-both have autism (and ptsd?), caine has ocd and separation anxiety (to an extent ?) (pomni has anxiety of some sorts)
-caine's very warm to the touch, but in the way a space heater or a machine would be warm
-caine likes to give strange gifts to pomni, like shiny stones
-the environment of the circus, since it's a program and caine seems to have some control over it, can change depending on his emotions are
-they don't really like themselves to an extent. pomni admires how caine is "perfect" as an ai, while caine admires how "human" she is
-caine smokes sometimes, can you even get lung cancer if you're an ai?
