Bad Interview

-y/n's pov-

My band and I where at an interview, i was sat next to Tom which has to be my best friend since we where in kindergarten, our families have always been close so that means the twins and i have got along pretty well throughout the years.

The interview at first was really entertaining until the guy who was interviewing us decided to make a comment out of place

"So Tom, is it true you had sex with around 25 girls?" The interviewer laughed but that question didn't give me any type of joy

Tom seemed to get along with it but I knew he was uncomfortable so I talked before he could

"I'm sorry to interrupt you but I think that question it's so off topic, besides, Tom said that as a joke" I tried to say it the most calmly way possible but that didn't seemed to work since everyone seated near looked at me in a blink of an eye

I was angry at the interviewer for asking such thing. I couldn't help but act that way, I promised the twins we will always have our back and now it was Tom I'll be protecting here and now

My eyes went directly to Tom's, he gave me a soft smile and I knew he was thankful for what I had just did. He grabbed my hand and we smiled at each other.

"Well y/n I was talking to Tom not you" he said with a meanie voice

In that moment Tom stood up from where we were all seated leaving my hand and looked at the interviewer

"Don't you ever talk to her like that ever again." Tom said in a very serious voice, I've only heard him talk like that one or two times but it was never in public.

"Hey hey, chill man" the interviewer said now nervous

"Don't man me, don't ever talk to her like that, do you understand?" Tom asked looking deeply into his eyes

"Okay yeah, I understand" he answered bumbling

After that scene Tom sat back again where he was before, the interview went on again and we answered all the questions.

-After the interview-

"Jesus, what happened in there man?" Georg asked

"Yeah Tom, you almost beat up the interviewer, you know you can't be in another polemic scene" Bill continued

"He talked mean to y/n, i wasn't going to be seated there without doing anything! Besides she helped me with the stupid question the interviewer asked me" he scoffed probably remembering the moment

"Well, everything it's okay now so let's just get over it" i said not making such a big of the deal

We walked to our van an before I could get in Tom stopped me

"What's wrong Tom?" I asked

"I wanted to say thank you for earlier, I really appreciate what you did" he said with his beautiful soft smile I loved

"Don't worry about it, I'll always protect you" i smiled back and got into the van

Inside now in the van Tom sat next to me all the way back to the hotel grabbing my hand, and saying bad jokes, I was grateful for having him as a friend.
