SAGE HANGED her mouth open as soon as her eyes wandered around the training ground.
A two-way mirror separated them from the people inside the area— where they are all wearing an all-black-leather outfits inside their own training space.
"This is where my agents train themselves in order to pass monthly examinations," Avenight spoke beside her.
Bumaba ang tingin niya sa magkasiklop nilang mga kamay at 'saka niya hinigpitan ang pagkakahawak doon. "Monthly examinations? What is that, hubby?"
He turned to face her. "It is to determine the trainees who qualify to work under my empire. If they fail, they will exit the headquarter and will forever be watched for the rest of their lives."
"Para hindi sila magkalat ng information inside? Gano'n ba, hubby?" she proudly asked.
"Hmm."
"Hehe, I'm so smart."
He chuckled with what she said. Hinila nang marahan ng lalaki ang baywang niya bago siya halikan sa pisngi. "Do you want to meet them?"
Sage's eyes twinkled as soon as she heard that from Avenight's lips. Mabilis niya itong niyakap sa baywang at nagtatalon.
"Please!"
"Let's go meet them." He faced Thursday who quickly walked towards the door to open it.
As soon as they entered inside, the trainees immediately stopped from what they're doing. Sabay-sabay na huminto ang mga ito, sabay-sabay ring humarap at yumuko sa direksyon nila.
"Wow! Look at them. Sabay-sabay sila, hubby. Para silang may choreographer, hehe. Sino kaya 'yon? Ang galing naman niya. Magpapaturo ako—"
"Wife, greet them."
Natigilan siya sa pagsasalita nang marinig 'yon. Mabilis niyang pinakatitigan ang asawa. "Takot ako."
"You're their Queen, bunny. Go on, greet them."
She swallowed multiple times before stepping forward. Agad namang dumako ang tingin ng mga ito sa kaniya.
"Hello, ako si Sage! Ang gagaling n'yo mag-training, grabe! Para kayong nasa cartoons na pinapanood— Hmp, Avenight! Sabi mo greet them tapos nantatakip ka ng mouth!" inis niyang reklamo sa ginawa ng lalaki.
He kissed her left cheek lightly as he faced the trainees. "She's my wife. Treat her as your queen and do everything she wanted you to do starting from now."
All of them bowed their heads in synchronous manner.
Sage's eyes twinkled even more while observing them. They are all worthy to work under Avenight base on their fighting skills.
